Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menaksir nilai intrinsik saham PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. (BBNI) sebagai acuan bagi investor dalam mengambil keputusan investasi saham tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Arus Kas Diskonto dan Valuasi Relatif kemudian membandingkan hasil dari kedua metode tersebut. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah melalui analisis makroekonomi dan keuangan perusahaan dengan memproyeksikan Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), neraca, dan laporan laba rugi selama lima tahun ke depan berdasarkan data historis selama tujuh tahun. Hasil perhitungan dengan Metode Arus Kas Diskonto adalah Rp3.913,00 sedangkan perhitungan dengan Valuasi Relatif adalah Rp8.726,05. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Arus Kas Diskonto sebagai dasar penilaian nilai intrinsik saham. Harga saham di bursa pada tahun 2016 adalah Rp5.281,00 sehingga harga saham BBNI di bursa berada dalam posisi overvalued.

This study is conducted to estimate the stocks intrinsic value of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk.(BBNI) as a reference for investors in stock investments decision making. This study uses Discount Cash Flow Method and Relative Valuation then compares the results of both methods. The approach taken is through the macroeconomic and financial analysist of the company by projecting Gross Domestic Product (GDP), balance sheet, and income statement over the next five years based on seven years of historical data. The result of the calculation using Discounted Cash Flow Method is Rp3.913,00 while the calculation with Relative Valuation is Rp8.726.05. This study uses the Discounted Cash Flow Method as the basis for valuation of intrinsic value of stocks. The market stock price of 2016 is Rp5,281.00, so the current stock of BBNI in the market now is overvalued.
