PENGARUH IKLIM KERJA KREATIF DAN KEPEMIMPINAN DIRI TERHADAP WORK ENGAGEMENT

2018 | Tesis | MAGISTER PSIKOLOGI PROFESITujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui konstruk work engagement di Indonesia dan peran iklim kerja kreatif dan kepemimpinan diri sebagai prediktor work engagement. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada konteks organisasi profit dengan karyawan sebagai subjeknya. Fokus penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan konstruk pengukuran work engagement dan konsep sumber daya kerja dan sumber daya personal dengan menggunakan variabel iklim kerja kreatif dan kepemimpinan diri yang dijadikan prediktor work engagement. Subjek penelitian melibatkan karyawan PT Pertamina Training & Consulting sebanyak 257 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pengukuran work engagement terdiri dari empat dimensi, yaitu vigor dedication, absorption, dan kebermanfaatan dengan nilai reliabilitas alpha 0,899. Nilai kriteria goodness of fit model pengukuran GFI = 0,936; RMSEA = 0,080; CFI = 0,974; dan TLI = 0,955 dengan nilai factor loading setiap indikator bergerak dari angka 0,788 sampai dengan 0,912. Iklim kerja kreatif dan kepemimpinan diri juga terbukti sebagai prediktor terhadap work engagement sebesar 28%. Rumus persamaan regresi untuk memprediksi work engagement yaitu Y = -2,509 + 0,447X1 + 0,394X2.
The purposes of this research are to know the construct of work engagement in Indonesia and the role of creative work climate and self-leadership as predictor of work engagement. This research conducted on the context of profit organization with employees as the subject. The focus of this research was developing work engagement's construct and the concept of job resources and personal resources by using creative work climate variables and self-leadership which were used as predictors of work engagement. Research subjects involving 257 employees of PT Pertamina Training & Consulting. The data collection in this research conducted by survey method using Work Engagement Scale, Creative Working Climate Scale, and Leadership Scale. The results showed that the work engagement measurement model consists of four dimensions, namely vigor, dedication, absorption, and kebermanfaatan with reliability alpha 0.899. Goodness of fit criteria of the measurement model was GFI = 0.936; RMSEA = 0.080; CFI = 0.974; and TLI = 0.955 with factor loading values of each indicator from 0.788 to 0.912. Creative climate and self-leadership also proved to be a predictor of work engagement of 28%. The formula of the regression equation to predict the work engagement is Y = -2.509 + 0.447X1 + 0.394X2.
