PEMBUATAN TRAINING MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN ELEKTRIK WIPER DAN WASHER

INTISARI Tujuan tugas akhir ini adalah membuat training wiper dan washer yang nantinya dapat digunakan praktikum di Laboratorium Otomotif Teknik Mesin SV UGM. Sehingga mahasiswa dapat mempraktikkan dan mengamati secara langsung wiper dan washer yang merupakan bagian dari kelistrikan bodi pada mobil. Proses pembuatan training media pembelajaran elektrik wiper dan washer meliputi persiapan membuat desain, persiapan komponen, pembuatan rangka, pembuatan papan panel, penggabungan komponen dan pengujian. Pengujian wiper dan washer meliputi: pengukuran tegangan, pengukuran arus, pengukuran daya dan pengukuran hambatan. Dari hasil pengujian dapat diperoleh data tegangan wiper dan washer mulai dari kecepatan rendah, kecepatan cepat, intermittent dan pompa washer yaitu 12 volt. Data arus, daya dan hambatan pada kecepatan rendah dan intermittent memiliki kesamaan yaitu arus 2,4 ampere, daya 28,8 watt, hambatan 5 ohm. Pada kecepatan cepat diperoleh arus 4 ampere, daya 48 watt dan hambatan 3 ohm. Sedangkan pada pompa washer diperoleh arus 1,7 ampere, daya 20,4 watt dan hambatan 7 ohm.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this thesis is to create a wiper and washer training that can be used at the lab laboratory of Automotive Mechanical Engineering SV UGM. So that students can practice and observe directly the wipers and washer which is part of the car body's electricity. The process of making training of wiper and washer electrical learning media includes preparation of design, component preparation, frame making, panel board manufacture, component incorporation and testing. Wiper and washer tests include: voltage measurement, current measurement, power measurement and resistance measurement. From the test results can be obtained from the wiper and washer voltage data ranging from low speed, fast speed, intermittent and washer pump is 12 volt. Current data, power and resistance at low speed and intermittent have similarities that is 2.4 ampere current, 28.8 power watts, 5 ohms resistance. At fast speed obtained 4 ampere current, 48 watt power and 3 ohm resistance. While at the washer pump obtained 1.7 ampere current, 20.4 watt power and 7 ohm resistance.
