Perkembangan teknologi yang sedang gencar - gencarnya yaitu Internet of Things yang merupakan jenis teknologi yang dapat digambarkan sebagai hubungan antar benda seperti ponsel pintar, internet TV, sensor, dan aktuator ke jaringan internet dimana perangkat tersebut memungkinkan untuk dihubungkan secara bersamaan, membentuk komunikasi antara sesuatu benda dengan pengguna dan antara sesuatu benda dengan dirinya sendiri. Sensor PIR akan membaca gerakan objek dan mengirimkan sinyal ke NodeMCU yang akan diteruskan melalui sinyal wifi ke perangkat android. Sedangkan stop kontak akan bekerja melalui perintah android terlebih dahulu, lalu diteruskan ke NodeMCU. Hasil dari pengujian yang telah dilakukan adalah alat mampu mengirimkan data berupa perintah mengaktifkan dan menonaktifkan mode security, menyalakan atau mematikan stopkontak serta mengirimkan status dari sensor gerak dan mode security. Penggunaan sensor pir memberikan hasil yang baik dan sangat efektif digunakan sebagai detector. Kata kunci : PIR, Relay, SmartHome

Technological developments that are being intensively is the Internet of Things which is a kind of technology that can be described as the relationship between objects such as smart phones, internet TV, sensors, and actuators to the Internet network where these devices allow to be connected simultaneously, with the user and between something object by itself. The PIR sensor will read the movement of the object and send a signal to NodeMCU which will be forwarded through the wifi signal to the android device. Meanwhile, the outlet will work through android command, after that it will be forwarded to NodeMCU. In research results a tool which can send data in the form of command such as activate or nonactivate security mode and turn on or off the electic socket besides the tool can also send status from the moving sensor to the security mode. In sum, use of pir sensor gives positive results and it is very effective detector. Keywords: PIR, Relay, Smarthome
