PERBANDINGAN METODE PELAKSANAAN PADA PEKERJAAN BOX CULVERT DENGAN METODE PRECAST DAN CAST IN SITU PADA PROYEK JALAN TOL LAMPUNG PT WIKA

Pada tahap pelaksanaan di lapangan terdapat berbagai macam kendala, salah satunya pada pekerjaan box culvert. Dengan berbagai pertimbangan, terjadi perubahan metode, dari metode precast kemudian diganti dengan metode cast in situ. Tujuan dari Tugas Akhir ini yaitu menganalisis penerapan metode pelaksanaan dan membuat kajian/tinjauan metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan box culvert. Data yang dibutuhkan berupa dokumen metode pelaksanaan box culvert dan juga gambar teknis box culvert. Hasil dari analisis dan perhitungan berupa perbandingan tahapan pelaksanaan, alat yang digunakan, kebutuhan tenaga kerja dan waktu pelaksanaan, biaya, serta mutu box culvert. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan perbandingan menggunakan indikator tersebut, tahapan pelaksanaan box culvert dengan metode precast lebih sederhana dan fleksibel dibandingkan dengan metode cast in situ. Pada pelaksanaan box culvert dengan metode precast membutuhkan tambahan alat pengangkat berupa crane. Pelaksanaan pekerjaan box culvert menggunakan metode precast dan cast in situ sama-sama membutuhkan empat pekerja per hari dengan waktu efektif metode precast yang lebih singkat tiga hari dibanding metode cast in situ. Biaya per meter panjang pekerjaan box culvert cast in situ lebih rendah dari box culvert precast dengan selisih sekitar Rp 2.892.000,00 dan mutu yang dihasilkan metode cast in situ juga lebih baik dari pada metode precast.

At this stage of implementation in the field there are a variety of constraints, such as in the work of the box culvert. With a variety of considerations, there was a change of the method, from precast method was change with using the method of cast in situ. The purpose of this Final Project is to analyze the aplication of implementation methods and make a review of the method of implementation of box culvert work. The required data are " Metode Pelaksanaan Box Culvert " document and also technical drawing of box culvert. The results of the analysis and calculation are the comparison of the stages of implementation, the tools used, labor requirements and execution time, cost, and the quality of box culvert. Based on the results of the analysis and comparison using these indicators, the stages of the implementation of box culvert with precast method is more simple and flexible than cast in situ method. In the implementation of box culvert with precast method requires additional crane lifter tool. The implementation of box culvert work using precast and cast in situ methods equally requires four workers per day with effective time of precast method which is shorter 3 days than to cast in situ method. The per meter cost of box culvert cast in situ work is lower than the culvert precast box by the difference is about Rp 2,892,000.00 and the resulting quality of cast in situ method is also better than the precast method.
