PEMETAAN TEMATIK KETERSEDIAAN TRANSPORTASI UNTUK EVAKUASI DARI ERUPSI MERAPI DI DESA BALERANTE, KECAMATAN KEMALANG, KABUPATEN KLATEN

Letusan Gunung Merapi tahun 2010 merupakan bencana alam luar biasa bagi masyarakat Desa Balerante karena sebagian besar desa mengalami kerusakan. Erupsi yang luar biasa banyak memakan korban harta benda milik warga Desa Balerante. Tercatat 300 ekor sapi milik warga musnah terkena awan panas Merapi, demikian juga rumah tempat tinggal warga, banyak yang hilang ataupun rusak parah. Mengacu pada kejadian tersebut, evakuasi secara optimal harus dilakukan untuk meminimalisasi jumlah korban, antara lain dengan sarana transportasi yang memadai. Desa Balerante sebagai salah satu desa yang terdampak bencana erupsi Merapi perlu mengetahui persebaran ketersediaan transportasi untuk proses evakuasi. Penelitian ini memerlukan peta desa dengan batas pedukuhan. Batas pedukuhan diestimasi menggunakan tehnik inderaja. Data potensi desa yang mejadi bahan utama dalam perumusan diperoleh perangkat desa dengan memberikan formulir yang berisi jumlah penduduk (laki-laki dan perempuan), jumlah lansia, jumlah balita, jumlah difabel, jumlah sapi perah, jumlah sapi pedaging, jumlah sepeda motor, jumlah truk sapi, dan jumlah mobil pickup. Data potensi ini kemudian dikalkulasi antara alat transportasi dengan elements at risk. Hasil-hasil kalkulasi tersebut dipresentasikan ke dalam bentuk peta desa dengan batas pedukuhan yang sebelumnya telah dibuat. Ketersediaan mobil pickup untuk evakuasi penduduk rentan dan sepeda motor untuk penduduk nonrentan di Desa Balerante telah tercukupi. Ketersediaan truk sapi untuk proses evakuasi di Desa Balerante belum tercukupi. Persebaran ketersediaan mobil pickup untuk evakuasi penduduk rentan, sepeda motor untuk evakuasi penduduk nonrentan, dan truk untuk evakuasi sapi tidak merata. Beberapa pedukuhan berlebih dan beberapa pedukuhan lainnya berkekurangan

Mount Merapi is one of the actives volcanoes. An incredible eruption in 2010, destroy many property of Balerante, There was 300 cows belong to Balerante died because exposed by pyroclastic flow of Merapi. There were houses severely damaged too. Because of that disaster, an ideal evacuation must be done to minimalize number of victims, one of them is by adequate transportation vehicles. Balerante, as one of impacted villages by eruption of Merapi need to know the transportations distribution for evacuation process. This research need village map with hamlet administration border. This hamlet administration border estimated by using remote sensing techniques. Balerante village potencial data as the main research material obtained by village administrator by distributing forms which contain number of population (male and female), number of elderly, number of toddler, number of disabled, number of dairy cattle, number of beef cattle, number of motorcycle, number of cattle truck, and number of pick up car. Then this village potencial data calculated and compare between number of transportation vehicle and elements at risk. The output of those calculation then presented into a form of village map with hamlet border which has been made before. Availability of pick up cars for vulnerable populations evacuation and availability of motorcycles for non vulnerable populations evacuation have been fulfilled. Availability of cattle trucks for cattle evacuation in Balerante not yet fulfilled. Availability distribution of pick up cars for vulnerable populations evacuation, motorcycles for non vulnerable populations evacuation, and cattle trucks for cattle evacuation are unevenly distributed. Some hamlets are excess in amount and some others are lack in amount.
