PERHITUNGAN PRODUKTIVITAS DAN BIAYA PENGGUNAAN TOWER CRANE 2 PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN HOTEL TERMINAL 3 ULTIMATE BANDARA INTERNASIONAL SOEKARNO HATTA

Dalam suatu proyek konstruksi bangunan bertingkat tinggi (high risk), produktivitas tower Crane menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam memenuhi target proyek agar sesuai dengan waktu yang direncakan. Besarnya nilai produktivitas tower Crane dapat diukur dengan melakukan penelitian yaitu waktu siklus (cycle time) pengangkatan material dan volume material setiap pengangkatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui produktivitas tower Crane , mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas tower Crane, serta mengetahui biaya penggunaan tower Crane. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Proyek Pembangunan Hotel Terminal 3 Ultimate Bandara Soekarno Hatta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara melakukan penelitian secara langsung di lapangan yaitu mengamati Tower Crane 2 (TC-2) selama 20 hari . Dari melalukan analisis data dapat diketahui besarnya produktivitas rata-rata Tower Crane 2 pada Proyek Pembangunan Hotel Terminal 3 Ultimate Bandara Soekarno Hatta yaitu sebesar 7.185,8 kg/jam. Besarnya biaya penggunaan Tower Crane 2 selama proyek berlangsung yaitu sebesar Rp 898.447.000,00. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas Tower Crane 2 di antaranya adalah cuaca, ketersediaan material, kemampuan operator, penyampaian informasi, ketersediaan suku cadang, power supply.

In a high-risk building construction project, the productivity of tower Crane is an important factor in meeting the project targets to fit with the project schedule. The value of tower Crane productivity can be measured by conducting a research that examines cycle time of material removal, and material volume of each removal process. The purpose of this research is to identify the productivity of tower Crane, certain factors that influence the tower Crane productivity, and the cost of the use of the tower Crane. This research is conducted on the Hotel Construction Project at Terminal 3 Ultimate Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. This research is conducted by conducting aa direct research on the field by observing the Tower Crane 2 (TC-2) for 20 days. From the data analysis, it can be shown that the average productivity of Tower Crane 2 on the Hotel Construction Project at Terminal 3 Ultimate Soekarno Hatta International Airport is 7,185.8 kg/hour. The cost of the use of Tower Crane 2 during the project is Rp 898,447,000.00. Some factors that influence the Tower Crane 2 productivity are weather, material availability, operators’ capability, information delivery, spare parts availability, and power supply.
