METODE PELAKSANAAN PEMASANGAN PELAT LANDAS PUTAR BEBAS HAMBATAN(LPBH) "SOSROBAHU" JALAN TOL JAKARTA-CIKAMPEK II ELEVATED

Sosrobahu merupakan suatu metode yang mana berguna untuk mengurangi penggunaan lahan saat pembangunan jalan layang. Metode ini dilaksanakan dengan membangun bahu lengan beton searah dengan jalan dan kemudian memutarnya 90o. Bahu lengan beton dapat diputar dengan bantuan pelat LPBH "Sosrobahu"yang terpasang diantara bahu lengan beton (pier head) dan kolomnya (pier). Tujuan dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pekerjaan pemasangan pelat LPBH "Sosrobahu" pada Zona 2 (STA 10+ 988.050) sampai 13+423.050). Hasil dari analisis diperoleh bahwa pemasangan pelat LPBH "Sosrobahu" terdiri dari dua tahap yaitu pemasangan pelat Sosrobahu dan grouting. Pemasangan pelat LPBH "Sosrobahu"dipengaruhi oleh sumber daya manusia, kelengkapan peralatan dan kondisi lapangan. Hasil pelaksanaan pemasangan pelat LPBH "Sosrobahu" harus sesuai dengan pengendalian mutu yang mencakup ketinggian angkur, posisi pemasangan pelat Sosrobahu dan material grouting yang digunakan. Dari Analisi Produktivitas kerja diperoleh dalam satu hari dapat memasang 4 buah pelat Sosrobahu dan 13 kali grouting. Dari analisis tersebut pada Zona 2 (STA 10+ 988.050 sampai 13+423.050) yang memiliki 41 kolom (pier) dapat diselesaikan dalam 21 hari.

Sosrobahu is a method which is useful for reducing land usage during flyover construction. This method is implemented by constructing the pier head in the same direction with the road and then rotating it by 90o. The pier head can be rotated with the help of the "Sosrobahu" LPBH plate installed between the pier head and the pier. The purpose of this Final Project is to analyze the implementation of the installation work of "Sosrobahu" LPBH plate in Zone 2 (STA 10 + 988.050 to 13 + 423.050). The result of analysis found that the installation of "Sosrobahu" LPBH plate consists of two stages which are the installation of "Sosrobahu" plate and the grouting. The installation of "Sosrobahu" LPBH plate is influenced by human resources, equipment completeness and the field conditions. The result of the installation of the "Sosrobahu" LPBH plate shall be in accordance with the quality control which includes the height of anchor, the position of the "Sosrobahu" plate and the grouting material used. Form analysis of work productivity in one day are installation of 4 pieces Sosrobahu plate and 13 times grouting. From that analysis in Zone 2 which has 41 pier can be completed in 21 days.
