IDENTIFIKASI KELUHAN MUSCULOSKELETAL DISORDERS (MSDs) DAN PENILAIAN POSTUR KERJA MENGGUNAKAN METODE OVAKO WORKING POSTURE ANALYSIS SYSTEM (OWAS) DENGAN PERANGKAT LUNAK ERGOFELLOW DI PG MADUKISMO YOGYAKARTA

Pabrik Madukismo merupakan salah satu industri di Yogyakarta yang bergerak pada pengolahan pangan. Produk yang dihasilkan oleh Pabrik Madukismo adalah gula. Di stasiun pengemasan gula, rata-rata elemen kerja dilakukan secara manual. Masing-masing elemen kerja berlangsung dalam jangka waktu lama dengan waktu relaksasi yang singkat dan dilakukan secara berulang dengan posisi kerja yang sama. Elemen kerja yang dilakukan secara berulang dalam kurun waktu yang lama tentunya akan dapat menyebabkan gangguan musculoskeletal disorders. Hal tersebut dapat menyebabkan penurunan konsentrasi kerja, bahkan kecelakaan kerja. Selain itu, postur kerja di stasiun ini disesuaikan berdasarkan fungsi dan ukuran dari mesin dan peralatan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat keluhan musculoskeletal disordersdan menganalisis postur kerja, lalu memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat keluhan musculoskeletal disorders yaitu dengan menggunakan kuesioner Nordic Body Map, sedangkan metode Ovako Working Posture Analysis System (OWAS) dan dibantu dengan perangkat lunak ErgoFellow digunakan untuk menganalisis postur kerja. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, diketahui bahwa pekerja pertama pada elemen kerja mengangkat karung gula memiliki peningkatan rasa sakit yang paling tinggi, yaitu sebesar 171% dan memiliki skor keluhan yang tertinggi, yaitu sebesar 76, yang mana dibutuhkan perbaikan dengan segera. Postur mengangkat dan memindahkan karung gula termasuk kategori ketiga, yaitu dibutuhkan perbaikan segera karena memiliki risiko kerusakan yang tinggi terhadap sistem musculoskeletal. Rekomendasi perbaikan dengan menerapkan cara yang benar dalam mengangkat karung gula, penggunaan back support belt dan multi mover hand truck.

Madukismo factory a food processing industry in Yogyakarta. The main product of madukismo factory is sugar. At the packaging station, the average work element aredone manually. Each element of work takes place for a long period of time with a short relaxation time and it is done repeatedly with the same working position. The element of work that is repeatedly for a long period of time will surely cause a musculoskeletal disorders. It can cause a decrease in concentration at work or even accidents. Beside that, the work posture is conformed based on functions and sizes of machine and equipment. This study aims to identify the level of musculoskeletal disorders complaints, analyze the work posture, and provide the recommendations for improvement. The methods used to identify thelevel of musculoskeletal disorderscomplaints is Nordic Body Map Questionnaire, while the Ovako Working Posture Analysis System (OWAS) method and the ErgoFellowsoftware is used to analyze the work posture. According to the data processing, it is know that the first worker on the work element of lifting sack of sugar has the highest increase of pain, this is equal to 171%, and the highest of complaint score, this is equal to 76, which need to be improved immediately. The posture of lifting and removing sack of sugar is third category, which need to be improve immediately because it has a high risk of damage to the musculoskeletal system. The improvement recommendationis to apply the correct way in the process of lifting sack of sugar. They can also use back support belt and multi mover hand truck.
