Teknologi geospasial yang semakin berkembang sehingga sangat berguna untuk pekerjaan. Salah satu produk dari teknologi sapasial adalah peta. Sebagai bukti nyata calon lulusan Program Studi Diploma 3 Teknik Geomatika Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Gadjah Mada yang memiliki keterampilan dan kompetensi dalam penerapan teknologi geospasial, terutama dalam bidang survei pemetaan dan penentuan posisi maka, diadakan kegiatan pemetaan skala 1: 500, di Dusun Kalicangak, Rt 1 Rw 4, Desa Beluk, Kecamatan Bayat, Kabupaten Klaten, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Pekerjaan pemetaan tersebut memiliki maksud sebagai sarana untuk menerapkan ilmu, kemampuan, dan pemahaman yang didapat selama kegiatan akademis juga sebagai sarana uji kompetensi untuk memperoleh gelar Ahli Madya (A.Md). Pekerjaan pemetaan tersebut diawali dengan tahapan persiapan dan pengecekan alat. Tahapan berikutnya yaitu orientasi lapangan, kemudian tahapan pengukuran yang meliputi pengukuran jaring kontrol horizontal, pengukuran jaring kontrol vertikal, dan pengukuran detil. Setelah semua tahap pengukuran selesai, dilakukan proses perhitungan dan pengolahan data. Tahapan selanjutnya yaitu penggambaran peta situasi mengunakan sistem koordinat UTM Zona 49S dengan datum WGS 1984. Peta yang digambarkan berupa peta manuskrip dan peta digital. Peta manuskrip digambarkan secara manual diatas kertas A0, dan dilakukan pengujian ketelitian peta. Peta digital digambarkan dengan bantuan software pemetaan dan dicetak diatas kertas A1. Hasil perhitungan jaring kontrol horizontal didapatkan kesalahan penutup sudut (fs) yaitu 0 detik dan kesalahan penutup linier (fl) yaitu 1 : 52407.823, selain itu didapatkan hasil perhitungan jaring kontrol vertikal dengan kesalahan penutup beda tinggi (fh) yaitu 3 mm. Pengujian peta terhadap detil planimetris menunjukkan hasil 90 persen sesuai, dan pengujian peta terhadap titik tinggi menunjukkan 100 persen sesuai, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa peta yang dihasilkan cukup baik dalam aspek planimteris dan aspek elevasi karena hasilnya telah memenuhi spesifikasi yang telah ditetapkan.

As proof of prospective graduates of Diploma 3 Program of Geomatics Engineering Vocational School of Gadjah Mada University who have the skills and competencies in the application of geospatial technology, especially in the field of surveying mapping and positioning. therefore held the mapping with scale of 1: 500, in the hamlet in Kalicangak, Rt 1 Rw 4, Beluk Village, District Bayat, Klaten regency, Central Java province. The mapping purpose is to apply the knowledge, skills and understanding that gained during academic activities to get an Associate’s degree (A.Md). The mapping begins with the preparation and checking of tools. The next step is field orientation, then measurements phase including measuring the horizontal control framework, vertical control framework, and details measurement. After all the measurement phase was completed, the next step is the process of calculation and data processing. The next step is the depiction of the situation map using the UTM Zone 49S coordinate system with the 1984 WGS datum. The maps are depicted as maps of manuscripts and digital maps.. Manuscript maps are manually drawn on A0 paper, then do the map accuracy testing. Digital maps are depicted using mapping software and printed on A1 paper. The result of the calculation control framework horizontal shows corner cover error (fs) 0 second and linear cover errors (fl) 1: 52407,823, also obtained the results of the calculation of the vertical control framework with high cover errors high (fh) 3 mm , The map testing of the planimetric details shows 90 percent match, and the testing of the high point of a map shows 100 percent match, so it can be concluded that the result of the map is good enough in the aspects of planimetric and elevation aspects because the results have met the specified specifications.
