ANALISIS PRODUKTIVITAS PEKERJAAN BEKISTING DENGAN METODE TIME STUDY PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN HOTEL TERMINAL 3 BANDARA INTERNASIONAL SOEKARNO-HATTA

Manajemen pekerja merupakan hal penting dalam pelaksanaan proyek. Produktivitas kerja menjadi kunci, karena akan menentukan keberhasilan pelaksanaan jadwal pekerjaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghitung produktivitas pekerja dalam pekerjaan pemasangan bekisting pada proyek Pembangunan Hotel Terminal 3 Ultimate Bandara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode Time Study. Time study atau pengukuran waktu adalah metode pengukuran produktivitas dari tenaga kerja di lapangan dengan cara menentukan waktu standar untuk suatu pekerjaan. Metode time study digunakan karena baik diaplikasikan untuk pekerjaan-pekerjaan yang berlangsung singkat dan berulang-ulang (repetitive). Dari hasil pengukuran akan diperoleh waktu baku untuk menyelesaikan suatu siklus pekerjaan, yang mana waktu tersebut akan dipergunakan sebagai standar penyelesaian pekerjaan yang sama bagi semua pekerja. Dari hasil perhitungan analisis produktivitas dengan metode time study didapatkan nilai produktivitas rata-rata pekerjaan pemasangan bekisting kolom = 92.58 m aksen²/orang/hari, produktivitas rata-rata pekerjaan pemasangan bekisting balok = 23.16 m aksen²/ orang/hari, dan produktivitas rata-rata pekerjaan pemasangan bekisting pelat lantai = 35.78 m aksen²/ orang/hari. Sedangkan untuk estimasi pekerjaan berdasarkan nilai produktivitas dan sisa pekerjaan bekisting didapatkan hasil yaitu estimasi penyelesaian pekerjaan pemasangan bekisting horizontal = 36 hari kerja, dan estimasi penyelesaian pekerjaan pemasangan bekisting vertikal = 14 hari kerja. Berdasarkan nilai produktivitas tersebut didapatkan hasil waktu estimasi penyelesaian pekerjaan bekisting lebih cepat daripada waktu rencana pekerjaan bekisting. Sehingga tidak perlu dilakukan penambahan jumlah pekerja maupun jam kerja pada pekerjaan bekisting.

Worker management is important in project implementation. Work productivity is the key of work management, because it will determine the successful implementation of the work schedule. The purpose of this study is to calculate the productivity of workers in the work of installing the formwork on the Terminal 3 Ultimate Airport Hotel project of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The method that use for the research is Time Study method. Time study is a method of measuring the productivity of labor in the field by determining the standard time for a job. The time study method is used because it is applied for short and repetitive work. From the measurement results will be obtained standard time to complete a cycle of work, which time will be used as the same standard of completion of work for all workers. The calculation result of productivity analysis with Time study method are for the average productivity value of work of installation of formwork of column = 92.58 m aksen² / person / day, the average work productivity of installation of formwork of beams = 23.17 m aksen² / person / day, and the average productivity of installation work formwork of floor pelates = 35.64 m aksen² / person / day. While for the estimation of work based on productivity value and the rest of work formwork, The result is estimation of completion work of installation of horizontal formwork = 36 working days, and estimated completion of work of installation of vertical formwork = 14 working days. Based on the productivity value, the result of the estimated time of completion of formwork work is faster than the schedule time of the formwork work. So in this project doen't need additional number of workers and working hours on the work formwork.
