PERAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN EKONOMI LOKAL MENUJU KEMANDIRIAN DESA (Studi Kasus: Desa Ponggok, Kecamatan Polanharjo, Klaten, Jawa Tengah)

BUMDes merupakan lembaga desa yang dibentuk oleh Pemerintah Desa dan diberi kewenangan untuk mengelola usaha-usaha desa dengan mengembangkan inovasi untuk pembangunan desa. Pengembangan desa yang dimaksud adalah, memanfaatkan unit-unit usaha desa untuk menciptakan wirausaha tingkat desa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat peran BUMDes Tirta Mandiri Desa Ponggok dalam mengelola ekonomi lokal dan kinerja BUMDes dalam mewujudkan kemandirian desa, bagaimana hubungan antara entrepreneurship desa terhadap pengembangan Desa Ponggok, mengetahui perbandingan kemampuan wirausaha masyarakat berdasarkan jenis kelamin. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analisis dan korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, BUMDes Tirta Mandiri memiliki peran sebagai pengembangan usaha lokal desa, pengembangan potensi desa, meningkatkan pendapatan desa, pengurangan pengangguran dan menciptakan tenaga profesional, meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kinerja BUMDes diukur berdasarkan 5 indikator kinerja organisasi telah sesuai dengan standar masing-masing indikator, akan tetapi masing-masing masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan. Jika diukur melalui tingkat kemiskinan dan pengangguran, Desa Ponggok mengalami penurunan kemiskinan dan pengangguran seiring dengan pertambahann pendapatan BUMDes Tirta Mandiri. Berdasarkan Uji Korelasi Pearson, terdapat hubungan positif antara kewirausahaan desa dengan pengembangan Desa Ponggok. Berdasarkan 5 indikator kemampuan wirausaha, Kelompok laki-laki memiliki kemampuan wirausaha yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan Kelompok Perempuan. Kelompok perempuan hanya memiliki nilai tertinggi pada variabel kemandirian saja. Di lain pihak, Variabel resiko, orientasi masa depan, toleransi, dan motivasi didominasi oleh kelompok laki-laki.

BUMDes is a village institution established by the Village Government which is authorized to manage village enterprises by developing innovations for the village development. The development of the village in this case refers to the utilizing the village business units to create village-level entrepreneurs. The purposes of this research consist of three points. First, is to see the role of BUMDes Tirta Mandiri Ponggok Village in managing local economy and to evaluate the BUMDes performance in realizing the independence of the village. Second, is to reveal how the relationship between village entrepreneurship towards the development of Ponggok Village. Third, is to find out the comparative ability of community entrepreneurs based on its gender. The method of this research is descriptive analysis and correlation. The result of the research shows that BUMDes Tirta Mandiri has the role in the local village business development, the development of village potency, increasing village income, reducing unemployment, creating professional manpower, and improving society prosperity. BUMDes performance is measured based on 5 indicators of organizational performance in accordance with the standards of every indicator, but there are still some shortcomings in every indicator. If it is measured through poverty and unemployment rates, Ponggok village experiences the decrease in poverty and unemployment in line with the increase of BUMDES Tirta Mandiri income. There is a positive relationship between village entrepreneurship and the development of Ponggok Village. Based on 5 indicators of entrepreneurial capability, the male group has a better entrepreneurial ability than the Women Group. Women group only has the highest score on the independence variable. On the other hand, risk variables, future orientation, tolerance, and motivation are dominated by men. Based on the value of significance, it is found that only tolerance variables that have significant differences between groups of men and women.
