ANALISIS MASALAH DAN SOLUSI PEKERJAAN PEMBANGUNAN PILE CAP SIMPANG SUSUN WELERI PADA PROYEK JALAN TOL BATANG-SEMARANG

Pile cap dibuat untuk memastikan bahwa lokasi kolom benar-benar berada dititik pusat pondasi sehingga tidak menyebabkan eksentrisitas yang dapat menyebabkan beban tambahan pada pondasi. Selain itu, seperti halnya kepala kolom,pile cap juga berfungsi untuk menahan gaya geser dari pembebanan yang ada. Pada setiap pekerjaan kronstruksi tentunya akan ada permasalahan yang terjadi, baik hukum alam, kerusakan mesin, ataupun karena ulah manusia itu sendiri, permasalahan tersebut tentu akan menggangu jalannya pekerjaan konstruksi sehingga bisa mengakibatkan molornya waktu pengerjaan. Namun disetiap masalah tentunya akan ada solusi permasalahan. Metode pelaksanaan pada pekerjaan pembangunan pile cap simpang susun Weleri terdiri dari beberapa pekerjaan, yaitu: Pekerjaan penggalian tanah setelah pemancangan, Pekerjaan pembobokan pondasi tiang pancang, Pekerjaan pemasangan lantai kerja, Pekerjaan pemasangan dan pengecoran PHT (Pile Head Treatment), Pekerjaan pemasangan tulangan pile cap, Pekerjaan pemasangan bekisting, dan Pekerjaan pengecoran pile cap. Hasil dari analisis masalah pada pekerjaan pembangunan pile cap weleri ialah terdapat beberapa tahapan pekerjaan yang di dalamnya terdapat masalah yaitu pada pekerjaan galian tanah, pekerjaan pembobokan pondasi, dan pekerjaan pengecoran pile cap yang disebabkan oleh kondisi di lapangan, dan kerusakan pada alat berat.

Pile cap is made to ensure that the column's location is at the footing's center so that it will not cause the eccentricity that can make the additional load in the footing. Besides, the same as the head column, pile cap functions on withstanding the shearing force on the loading. In every construction works, that must be a problem caused by the natural law, machine's problem, or even human's doing. All of those problem will disturbed the construction work and caused the retardation of the construction work. In every problem, that must be solutions. The implementation method on the Weleri's interchanges pile cap consists of the excavation work after the erection, the pulverization pile's footing , the floor installation, the installation and the casting of PHT (Pile Head Treatment), the installation of the pile cap reinforcement, the installation of bekisting, and the casting of pile cap. The result of the problem analysis on the construction of Weleri's pile cap shows that there are some work stages that have problems, they are on the excavation work, pulverization footing, and the pile cap's casting that caused by the field condition and the problem on the heavy equipment.
