Proses penyisipan trafo dilakukan oleh PT. PLN ( Persero ) Rayon Tulung untuk meningkatkan kehandalan sistem tenaga listrik dalam wilayah Tulung, proses sisip trafo berupaya untuk mengurangi beban dari trafo yang sudah mengalami beban lebih . Beban lebih pada trafo dapat mengakibatkan kerusakan pada trafo , Dengan demikian diperlukan upaya untuk menjaga trafo pada jaringan sehingga meminimalisir terjadinya beban lebih dan juga persiapan terhadap rencana penyederhanaan golongan pelanggan. Proyek Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pemasangan trafo baru terhadap trafo lama yang sudah disisipi. Data yang perlu dipertimbangan untuk melakukan penyisipan trafo adalah pengukuran beban pada trafo, proses pemasangan sisip dirasa efektif karena dapat menurunkan pembebanan transformator cukup signifikan

Transformer insertion process is done by PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Tulung to improve the reliability of power systems within the Tulung region, the transformer insertion process seeks to reduce the burden of the transformer that has overload . The more load on the transformer can cause damage to the transformer. Therefore, effort is needed to keep the transformer on the network so as to minimize the burden of more and also the preparation to plan the simplification of customer class. This Final Project aims to find out the impact of installing a new transformer to the old transformer that has been inserted. The data to consider for the insertion of the transformer is the measurement of the load on the process of insertion is effective because it can reduce the loading of the transformer significantly
