METODE KONSTRUKSI OVERLAY RUNWAY UTARA 25R-07L BANDARA INTERNASIONAL SOEKARNO-HATTA

Jumlah penerbangan pesawat tiap taun terus meningkat. Hal ini menuntut perawatan perkerasan untuk meningkatakan keselamatan dan daya dukung runway. Perencanaan overlay digagas oleh PT.Angkasa Pura dalam upaya memperkuat perkerasan dan meningkatkan keamanan. Akan tetapi pekerjaan overlay pada runway memiliki beberapa tantangan. Pekerjaan overlay runway utara ditangani oleh Hutama Karya dengan nilai kontrak sebesar Rp 250.838.241.000,00. Pekerjaan tersebut memiliki spesifikasi yang mengacu pada peraturan ICAO dan FAA. Kesesuaian metode pelaksanaan dengan Kontrak Rencana Kerja dan Syarat menjadi perhatian dalam pekerjaan ini karena belum ada kontraktor yang berpengalaman dalam bidang ini. Pekerjaan overlay memiliki durasi pendek yaitu pukul 23.00-05.00. Durasi pekerjaan yang pendek menuntut produktifitas yang tinggi. Kontraktor harus menjaga mutu dari HMA yang dihamparkan. Uji core drill dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui karakteristik dari hasil overlay. Hasil uji core drill dicocokan dengan Rencana Kerja dan Syarat. Penelitian ini membahas tentang kesesuaian metode konstruksi dan evaluasi produktivitas. Kontraktor telah mengerjakan sesuai prosedur, tetapi produktivitas kontraktor tidak tinggi.

Air traffic always increase every year, especially in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Pavement treatment is needed to improve carrying capacity and safety. Overlay runway is choosen by PT.Angkasa Pura II to strengthen the runway, but doing overlay is not easy task. The overlay itself has many challenging factor in the construction. PT Hutama Karya is contractor who is trusted to handle the north runway overlay. The north overlay is cost Rp 250.838.241.000,00. This task has requirement that refer to ICAO and FAA. The contractor must fulfill the construction requirement like in the contract. In fact, the limited time (the overlay take time from 23.00 - 05.00) to do overlay is challanging, contractor has to fulfill the requirement. The contractor must have high productivity and good efficiency. And the last point about this task is the quality of the pavement. Good quality is checked by doing core drill. The result of the test must fulfill the specification. This thesis talk about method construction and productivity evaluation. The contractor has fulfill the method contruction like in contract but the productivity is not high.
