METODE PELAKSANAAN DAN PRODUKTIVITAS PEMANCANGAN TIANG PANCANG MENGGUNAKAN HYDRAULIC STATIC PILE DRIVER PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN APARTEMEN 48 BEKASI CITY CENTER

Pekerjaan pondasi merupakan pekerjaan awal pada tahap pembangunan suatu gedung bertingkat ataupun jembatan. Pondasi bertujuan untuk menopang beban akibat gedung itu sendiri maupun gaya dari luar. Pekerjaan pondasi pada gedung bertingkat tinggi ada pilihan metode pelaksanaan yaitu dengan pemancangan tiang atau board pile. Pada kasus ini proyek Apartemen 48 Bekasi City Center dengan lantai 30 dan memiliki 1 basement menggunakan pemancangan tiang pancang dengan bantuan alat Hydraulic static pile driver. Untuk menghitung produktivitas pada pekerjaan pemancangan, maka perlu mengetahui tahap-tahap pekerjaan mulai dari mobilitas alat ke titik yang dituju sampai dengan pembobokan tiang. Dikarenakan untuk mengetahui data cycle time pada penggunaan alat tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil analisa produktivitas alat Hydraulic static pile driver pada pekerjaan pemancangan selama 138 hari yaitu memiliki nilai produktivitas 0,279 meter/menit. Sehingga dapat diketahui Analisis Harga Satuan Pekerjaan (AHSP) menurut Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Nomor : 28/PRT/M/2016. Yaitu untuk memancang 961 titik memerlukan biaya Rp1.192.685.313,00.

In this case, the Apartment 48 Bekasi City Center Project with 30 floors and 1 basement use piling stake with Hydraulic static pile driver. To calculate productivity the installation work, it is necessary to know the sequence of work ranging from mobility tools to the point till up to finishing work to know the cycle time of work. Based on the results of the analysis of productivity, Hydraulic static pile driver during the construction for 138-day, the productivity is 0.279 metres/minute. So it can be known to the analysis unit price work according to the regulation of Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Nomor : 28/PRT/M/2016 to pilling 961 point take cost 1.192.685.313,00 IDR.
