PENERIMAAN DAN PENGGUNAAN SIMPUS BETA VERSION 2.0 BERDASARKAN UTAUT (UNIFIED THEORY OF ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF TECHNOLOGY) DI PUSKESMAS PURWOKERTO TIMUR II

Latar belakang: Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banyumas telah mengembangkan simpus baru yaitu Simpus Beta Version 2.0. Puskesmas Purwokerto Timur II menggunakan simpus tersebut, namun terdapat beberapa kekurangan. Satu diantaranya adalah laporan obat yang tidak tersedia. Sehingga perlu diteliti bagaimana penggunaan dan penerimaan simpus tersebut oleh pengguna dengan berdasarkan teori UTAUT Tujuan: Mendeskripsikan penerimaan dan penggunaan Simpus Beta Version 2.0 berdasarkan UTAUT di Puskesmas Purwokerto Timur II. Metode: Jenis penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kuaitatif dan rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Subjek penelitian yaitu satu orang petugas pendaftaran, satu orang perawat, satu orang bidan, dan satu orang petugas farmasi. Objek penelitian yaitu Simpus Beta Version 2.0. Tenik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Hasil: Pengguna dapat menjalankan Simpus Beta Version 2.0 dengan baik, namun perlu adanya prosedur kerja penggunaan simpus. Ekspektasi kinerja pengguna terhadap Simpus Beta Version 2.0 pada bagian pendaftaran dan penginputan data pasien sudah sesuai, tetapi pada bagian farmasi belum sesuai karena simpus tidak menyediakan fungsi pembuatan laporan obat. Sedangkan, pada indikator ekspektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial, dan kondisi fasilitasi sudah sesuai yaitu pengguna merasa mudah, dukungan dari Kepala Puskesmas, fasilitas yang memadai, tersedianya bantuan jika ada hambatan, dan bridging dengan P-Care mendukung penerimaan Simpus Beta Version 2.0 di Puskesmas Purwokerto Timur II. Kesimpulan: Penggunaan Simpus Beta Version 2.0 sudah baik. Penerimaan Simpus Beta Version 2.0 berdasarkan indikator ekspektasi kinerja belum sesuai di bagian farmasi. Peneriman Simpus Beta Version 2.0 berdasarkan indikator ekspektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial, dan kondisi fasilitasi sudah sesuai. Disarankan untuk membuat prosedur kerja pengunaan simpus dan pengembangan simpus yang menyediakan menu pelaporan obat.

Method: Type of research is descriptive of qualitative approach and case study research design. The subjects were one registration officer, one nurse, one midwife, and one pharmacist, and the research object was Simpus Beta Version 2.0. Data collection techniques used interview and observation techniques. Result: Users can run Simpus Beta Version 2.0 well, but there is a need for working procedure. The user performance expectation in the registration and data entry of the patient is in accordance with the theory, but the pharmacy is not suitable because the primary health care information management system does not provide drug reporting function. Meanwhile, on the indicator of effort expectency, social influence, and facilitation conditions are in accordance. Conclusion: The use of Simpus Beta Version 2.0 is good. Acceptance of Simpus Beta Version 2.0 based on performance expectation indicator is not yet accordance in pharmacy. Acceptance of Simpus Beta Version 2.0 based on indicators of effort expectancy, social influences, and facilitation conditions are accordance.
