Analisis Output Informasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) pada Kegiatan Pelaporan di Rumah Sakit Islam Klaten

Latar Belakang: Sistem Informasi akan terus mengalami pengembangan sesuai dengan daur hidup pengembangan sistem (SDLC). Di dalam rangkaian SDLC terdapat tahap analisis sistem yang salah satu tujuannya yaitu mengidentifikasi kendala yang dialami pengguna. Sistem informasi juga digunakan dalam pengelolaan rumah sakit di Indonesia, terbukti dengan adanya pasal 52 UU no 44 tahun 2009 tentang kewajiban rumah sakit menggunakan SIMRS untuk melakukan pencatatan dan pelaporan. Di RSI Klaten, SIMRS telah digunakan sejak tahun 1998 dan hingga saat ini terus mengalami pengembangan. Dalam pengimplementasiannya ada beberapa kebutuhan informasi pengguna yang belum terpenuhi oleh sistem informasi, sehingga dilakukanlah analisis output informasi SIMR. Tujuan: Mengetahui output informasi pada SIMRS yang dibutuhkan untuk kegiatan pelaporan di RSI Klaten. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil: RSI Klaten dalam menyusun laporan menggunakan dua Sistem Informasi (SI), yakni SIMRS dan SI-SHRI. Output dari kedua sistem informasi tersebut berupa 90 informasi berbentuk laporan cetak, tetapi tidak semuanya terpakai dalam penyusunan laporan internal dan eksternal. Sementara itu, dibutuhkan 70 informasi untuk menyusun kedua laporan tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini diketahui 22 kebutuhan informasi yang belum terpenuhi oleh SIMRS dan SI-SHRI. Belum terpenuhinya kebutuhan informasi tersebut dibedakan menjadi empat kategori, yakni: re-input data; output laporan yang tidak dapat langsung ditampilkan dalam bulan berjalan; output yang tidak serinci kebutuhan; dan informasi yang memang belum tersedia. Kesimpulan: Terdapat kebutuhan informasi untuk penyusunan laporan rumah sakit yang belum terpenuhi oleh SIMRS.

Background: Information System always continue to development consistenly through the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). In the SDLC, there is a stage called system analysis. One of the goal of the stage is to identifying problems which are throughed by users. Information systems are also used in hospital management in Indonesia, evidenced by the existence of The Law in 2009 no.44 paragraph 52. The regulation of hospital obligation to use SIMRS to perform recording and reporting activities. At Klaten Islamic Hospital, SIMRS has been used since 1998. It is continues to be developed until now. In the implementing, there are some needs of users information that has not been fulfilled by The Information System. Therefore, information output analysis of SIMRS is necessary. Objective: To know the information output of SIMRS that required to reporting activities at Klaten Islamic Hospital. Methods: The type of this research is descriptive by using qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, observation and documentation studies. Results: Klaten Islamic Hospital in compiling report using two Information Systems (IS), called SIMRS and IS-SHRI. They have 90 information output in the form of print out reports, but not all of them are used to make internal and external report. Meanwhile it takes 70 information needs to create the reports. In this research known that 22 information needs are not fulfilled by SIMRS and SI-SHRI. They divided into four categories: 1) re-input data; 2) the output that can not be directly displayed in the current month; 3) the output that is not as detailed as the needs; 4) and the information that is not yet available. Conclusion: There are required information for the processing of the hospital reports that have not been fulfilled by SIMRS.
