METODE PELAKSANAAN DAN DURASI PEKERJAAN SPECIAL TRACK (FIXING DIRECT FASTENING) PADA PROYEK LIGHT RAIL TRANSIT JAKARTA

Kemacetan adalah suatu keadaan tersendatnya atau terhentinya laju kendaraan dikarenakan jumlah volume kendaraan yang melebihi kapasitas jalan yang tersedia. Kemacetan terjadi di kawasan perkotaan, terutama di kawasan yang tidak mempunyai transportasi publik yang memadai. Untuk mengatasi tingkat kemacetan yang terjadi di Jakarta maka diperlukannya transportasi massal yang memadai. LRT Jakarta atau Light Rail Transit Jakarta adalah sebuah sistem kereta api ringan yang akan beroperasi di kawasan perkotaan. LRT Jakarta digadang-gadang akan mengurangi tingkat kemacetan yang terjadi di Jakarta. Struktur bangunan LRT Jakarta terdiri dari fondasi bored pile, pile cap, kolom, pier head, girder, viaduct, dan struktur jalan rel atau trackwork. Trackwork adalah suatu konstruksi pekerjaan jalan kereta api. Ada beberapa jenis track yang dibangun dalam pekerjaan Proyek LRT Jakarta seperti normal track, canted track, dan special track. Tahapan special track di proyek LRT Jakarta meliputi: marking area, laying sleeper, rail installation, pemasangan base jack, mengeluarkan sleeper, laying fastening, SCCS Installation, rebar installation, memasang formwork, pemasangan penambat/fastening, penyesuaian vertical dan horizontal, mengecek kepresisian formwork, instalasi dowel 3rd rail, joint inspection, mengecor slab track, dan finishing. Lama pengerjaan atau durasi pekerjaan spesial track untuk satu span yang panjangnya 30 meter adalah 2,28 hari. Special track westbound dan eastbound terdapat 4 span, jadi lama pengerjaannya adalah 10 hari.

Traffic jam is a situation in which vehicles have stopped or are moving slowly due to the number of vehicle volume that exceed the available road capacity. Traffic jam usually occurs in urban areas, especially in regions that do not have adequate public transportation. An adequate mass transportation is required to overcome the traffic jam level in Jakarta. LRT Jakarta or Light Rail Transit Jakarta is a light rail system that will operate in urban areas. The presence of Light Rail Transit (LRT) is expected to reduce the traffic jam in Jakarta. Building structure of LRT consists of bored pile, pile cap, columns, pier head, girder, viaduct, and the structure of the road or rail trackwork. Trackwork is the construction work of railroad tracks. There are various types of the track on the railway or railroad in Jakarta LRT project, such as normal track, canted track, and special track. Some stages of special track construction include: marking area, laying sleeper, rail installation, base jack installation, taking sleeper out, laying fastening, SCCS Installation, rebar installation, formwork installation, fastening installation, vertical and horizontal adjustment, checking the accuracy of formwork, dowel installation 3rd rail, joint inspection, concreting slab track, and finishing. The duration of the special track work for a span in 30 metres is 2.28 days. There are 4 span of special track in westbound and eastbound, so the completion of work is 10 days.
