DAMPAK WISATA ALAM DI HUTAN LINDUNG RPH MANGUNAN TERHADAP PENDAPATAN ANGGOTA KOPERASI NOTOWONO

Pada tahun 2011 hingga 2014, kawasan Hutan Lindung RPH Mangunan memiliki fungsi kawasan penyadapan getah pinus yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat sekitar guna memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Pada tahun 2015, penyadapan getah pinus dihentikan oleh KPH Yogyakarta karena mengancam kelestarian hutan pinus. Upaya yang dilakukan masyarakat untuk tetap memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya setelah penyadapan getah pinus dihentikan, yakni memanfaatkan dan mengelola kawasan hutan menjadi lokasi wisata yang dinaungi oleh Koperasi Notowono. Adanya kegiatan wisata alam tersebut berdampak pada kondisi ekonomi masyarakat setempat. Penelitian ini memiliki empat tujuan, yaitu: (1) mengetahui karakteristik anggota Koperasi Notowono, (2) mengetahui dampak wisata alam di Hutan Lindung RPH Mangunan terhadap pendapatan anggota Koperasi Notowono, (3) mengetahui kontribusi kegiatan wisata alam di Hutan Lindung RPH Mangunan terhadap pendapatan anggota Koperasi Notowono, (4) mengetahui kesejahteraan anggota Koperasi Notowono berdasarkan upah minimum. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Pemilihan sampel responden dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang dipilih yaitu anggota Koperasi Notowono yang mewakili jenis pekerjaan setiap lokasi wisata, yaitu pembantu umum, penjaga parkir, penjaga loket, kebersihan, operator spot wisata, dan pemilik warung. Anggota Koperasi Notowono terdiri dari 124 laki-laki dan 16 perempuan. Hal ini dikarenakan pekerjaan yang dilakukan cenderung berat bagi perempuan. Dominan berumur antara 34-43 tahun yang merupakan usia produktif dan prima. Tingkat pendidikan masih tergolong rendah yaitu SMP/ Sederajat. Hal ini akan berpengaruh terhadap besarnya pendapatan yang diterima, karena semakin rendah pendidikan seseorang maka pekerjaan dan pendapatannya akan semakin rendah pula. Dampak dari adanya kegiatan wisata alam memberikan peningkatan terhadap pendapatan anggota Koperasi Notowono. Rata-rata peningkatan pendapatan yaitu sebesar Rp 670.361,11. Dengan adanya kegiatan wisata alam dapat berkontribusi terhadap pendapatan anggota Koperasi Notowono rata-rata sekitar 84%. Anggota koperasi Notowono dapat dikatakan belum termasuk golongan masyarakat yang sejahtera. Rata-rata pendapatan per bulan anggota Koperasi Notowono hanya Rp 1.251.375,00 atau dibawah UMK Bantul tahun 2018.

In 2011 to 2014, Protected Forest area of RPH Mangunan has a function pine sap tapping area is conducted by the local people in order to fulfill their life needs. In 2015, pine sap tapping is stopped by KPH Yogyakarta because it threatens the sustainability of pine forests. The efforts made by the people to fulfill their life needs after the pine resin tapping stopped, which is to utilize and manage the forest into a tourist location shaded by Notowono Cooperative. The existence of nature tourism activities has an impact on the economic conditions of the local people. This research has four objectives: (1) to know the characteristics of Notowono Cooperative member, (2) to know the impact of nature tourism in Protected Forest of RPH Mangunan to the income of Notowono Cooperative member, (3) to know the contribution of nature tourism activity in RPH Mangunan Protected Forest to the income of Notowono Cooperative member, (4) to know the welfare of Notowono Cooperative member based on the minimum wages. The data used are primary and secondary data. Selection of respondent sample is done by purposive sampling method. The sample selected is Notowono Cooperative member which represents the type of working in each tourist site such as public servants, parking attendants, counterguards, cleaners, spot tour operators, and shop owners. Notowono Cooperative member consists of 124 men and 16 women. This is because the work is done tends to be heavy for women. Dominant aged between 34-43 years old which is the age of productive and prime. The level of education is still relatively low, namely junior/equivalent. This will affect the amount of income received because the lower the education of a person the work and income will be the lower too. The impact of the existence of nature tourism activities provides an increase to the income of Notowono Cooperative member. The average increase in income amounted to Rp 670.361,11. With the existence of nature tourism activities can contribute to the income of Notowono Cooperative member on average about 84%. Notowono Cooperative member can be said that not including a prosperous community. The average monthly income of Notowono Cooperative member is only Rp 1.251.375,00 or under UMK Bantul in 2018.
