METODE PELAKSANAAN PEKERJAAN KOLOM MENGGUNAKAN BEKISTING SATECO DAN ANALISA PRODUKTIVITAS BEKISTING SATECO PADA PROYEK HOTEL PATRA JASA CIREBON

Bekisting adalah sarana pembantu dari struktur beton untuk mencetak beton dengan ukuran, bentuk, rupa, ataupun posisi yang dikehendaki. Pada proyek Hotel Patra Jasa Cirebon digunakan bekisting sateco yang termasuk dalam bekisting sistem. Bekisting ini dinilai lebih efektif jika dibanding dengan bekisting tradisional karena dapat digunakan berulang kali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode pelaksaan pekerjaan kolom, menganalisis produktivitas dan faktor-faktor yang menghambat pekerjaan dalam penggunaan bekisting sateco pada proyek pembangunan Hotel Patra Jasa Cirebon. Analisa produktivitas dan metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan kolom dilakukan dengan cara mengamati langsung pekerjaan kolom dan menghitung waktu siklus pekerjaan kolom menggunakan bekisting sateco di lapangan. Kemudian didukung dengan dokumentasi, analisis, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari pengamatan di lapangan, metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan kolom menggunakan bekisting sateco dimulai dari pekerjaan marking, penulangan, perakitan bekisting sateco, pemasangan bekisting sateco, pengecoran, dan pembongkaran bekisting sateco. Produktivitas pengerjaan bekisting sateco di lapangan lebih cepat 374,21 menit dibanding analisis perhitungan produktivitas yang direncanakan. Berkurangnya produktivitas pekerjaan bekisting sateco disebabkan oleh faktor kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang memahami perakitan bekisting sateco, kelalaian pekerja, lingkungan kerja yang buruk, dan cuaca yang tidak dapat diprediksi.

Formwork is temporary construction which has a function as a mold into concrete that can be set the size and shape which has been planned. At Patra Jasa Hotel Cirebon using sateco formwork to mold the concrete and sateco formwork is categorized as a modern formwork. Using sateco formwork is more effective if it compared with traditional formwork because sateco formwork can be used repeatedly. This study aims to determine the method of implementation in the field, analyzing the productivity and the factors that disturb the productivity using sateco formwork at Patra Jasa Hotel Cirebon. Implementation method column structure and analysis of sateco formwork's productivity is done by observing directly at column structure when it's on progress and take cycle time using stopwatch at the field. Which supported by documentations, analysis, observation, and literature. The results of the observations in the field, implementation method of column structure sateco formwork starting from marking, reinforcement, molding sateco formwork, installation of sateco formwork, concrete casting, and take-down sateco formwork. The productivity of sateco formwork in field 374,21 minutes faster than productivity calculation analysis. The factors that disturb the productivity using sateco formwork are caused by there is not much worker who understand the system of sateco formwork, negligence workers, poor working environment, and unpredictable weather.
