Penentuan Sektor Unggulan dan Kontribusi Sektor Pertanian Terhadap PDRB Provinsi Jambi

PDRB adalah nilai tambah bruto seluruh barang dan jasa yang dihasilkan di wilayah domestik tertentu selama kurun periode tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) trend pertumbuhan dan kontribusi sektor pertanian terhadap PDRB Provinsi Jambi, (2) sektor unggulan di Provinsi Jambi, (3) pola dan struktur pertumbuhan ekonomi sektor pertanian di Provinsi Jambi. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) Indonesia atas dasar harga konstan 2010 berdasarkan lapangan usaha periode 2010-2016 sebagai data daerah acuan dan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Provinsi Jambi atas dasar harga konstan 2010 berdasarkan lapangan usaha periode 2010-2016 sebagai data daerah referensi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Metode analisis trend, analisis location quotient (LQ), analisis dynamic location quotient (DLQ), shift share, dan typology klassen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sektor pertanian dan subsektor perkebunan memiliki trend pertumbuhan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap perubahan tahun. Nilai LQ sektor pertanian adalah 1,89 dan DLQ 1,001 menunjukkan bahwa sektor pertanian merupakan sektor yang unggul di masa sekarang dan tetap berpotensi unggul di masa depan. Hasil analisis shift share menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi sektor pertanian di Provinsi jambi progresif dan dipengaruhi oleh kebijakan nasional. Sektor pertanian menurut analisis typology klassen merupakan sektor maju dan tumbuh cepat.

GDRP is the gross added value of all goods and services produced in a certain domestic territory over a period of time. The study attempts to observe: (1) the trend of growth and contribution of agriculture sector to GRDP of Jambi Province, (2) leading sector in Jambi Province, (3) the scheme and structur economy growth of agriculture sector in Jambi Province. The data used in this study is the Indonesian Gross Domestic Product (GDP) at 2010 prices periode of 2010-2016 by industrial origin as the reference area data and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of Jambi Province at 2010 constant prices based on the industrial origin periode of 2010-2016 as reference area data. The analytical methods used are trend analysis, location quotient (LQ), dynamic location quotient (DLQ), shift share, and typology klassen analysis. The results showed that agricultural sector and plantation subsector have positive and significant growth trend toward the change of year. The agricultural sector LQ score is 1,89 and DLQ 1,001 indicates that the agricultural sector is a leading sector in the present and remains potentially superior in the future. The result of shift share analysis shows that the economic growth of agricultural sector in Jambi Province is progressive and influenced by national policy. The agricultural sector according to the analysis of typology klassen is a sector of advanced and growing fast.
