OPTIMALISASI SISTEM KONTROL SHUT OFF DAMPER HOT PRIMARY AIR PT INDONESIA POWER UJP PLTU BANTEN 1 SURALAYA

Untuk proses pengeringan, distribusi dan pemisahan batubara di mill (peralatan grinding batu bara) dibantu udara Primary Air Fan (PAF) sedangkan yang membuka dan menutup udara PAF masuk ke mill adalah shut OFF damper hot primary air dan shut OFF damper cold primary air. Shut OFF damper hot primary air merupakan blade damper dari plat besi yang digerakkan oleh silinder pneumatik. Pada proses pengoperasian shut OFF damper hot primary air dengan kondisi blade damper macet, peralatan kontrol tidak bisa dioperasikan sehingga pengoperasian dilakukan lewat kontrol lokal oleh operator. Optimalisasi sistem kontrol shut OFF damper hot primary air bertujuan untuk menghindarkan dari buckling piston silinder pneumatik dan shaft rod damper serta mempermudah pengoperasian operator. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan sistem kontrol yaitu dengan menggunakan simulasi aplikasi festo fluidsim. Karena panjang poros besi cukup panjang sehingga perlu dicari juga nilai gaya buckling maksimal yang mampu ditahan oleh shaft rod pneumatik maupun shaft rod damper. Dari hasil simulasi didapatkan penambahan tombol tekan berhenti, indikator berjalan, silincers, lubricator dan penggantian valve pneumatik. Penambahan/penggantian komponen befungsi menghentikan damper saat macet, mengetahui damper bergerak, melumasi bagian bergerak dan mencegah losses serta udara kotor masuk. Dari hasil evaluasi perhitungan pressure PAF (25617 Newton) lebih dari gaya normal pada damper saat kondisi maksimal close (2080,38 Newton), hal tersebut yang mendorong damper keluar dari line hingga macet saat dioperasikan.

For the drying process, the distribution and separation of coal in the mill (coal grinding equipment) is assisted by Air Primary Air Fan (PAF) while the open and close air PAF into the mill is shut OFF damper hot primary water and shut OFF damper cold primary water. Shut OFF damper hot primary water is a blade damper of iron plate driven by pneumatic cylinder. In shut operation process OFF damper hot primary water with blade damper condition jammed, control equipment can not be operated so that operation is done through local control by operator. Optimization of shut OFF control system damper hot primary water aims to avoid buckling piston pneumatic cylinder and shaft rod damper and facilitate operator operation. The method used to optimize the control system is by using simulation of festo fluidsim application. Because the length of the iron shaft is quite long so it is necessary to find also the maximum buckling force that can be withheld by pneumatic shaft rod and shaft rod damper. From the simulation results obtained the addition of stop buttons, running indicators, silincers, lubricator and pneumatic valve replacement. Addition / replacement of functional components stops the damper at a standstill, knows the damper moves, lubricates the moving parts and prevents losses and dirty air entering. From the results of the evaluation of the calculation of pressure PAF (25617 Newton) more than the normal force on the damper when the maximum condition of close (2080.38 Newton), it drives the damper out of the line to a standstill when operated.
