Keadaan perekonomian suatu negara sangat mempengaruhi harga saham. Memasuki Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA) pada tahun 2016, investor harus memilih saham pada sektor perekonomian dengan resiko yang rendah. Telekomunikasi adalah suatu sektor perekonomian yang tidak terpengaruh terhadap faktor eksternal, sehingga dapat dikatakan aman untuk berinvestasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai saham perusahaan jasa sub sektor telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2014-2017 menggunakan metode analisis fundamental. Analisis fundamental digunakan untuk menilai saham perusahaan berdasarkan indikator keuangannya yaitu Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Earning per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Assets turn over, penjualan, Price to Book Value Ratio (PBV) dan Book Value per Share (BVPS).Hasil analisis fundamental menunjukkan, perusahaan telekomunikasi yang memiliki nilai yang postif dan direkomendasikan untuk berinvestasi adalah saham PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (TLKM). Saham TLKM menguntungkan bagi investor yang ingin berinvestasi jangka panjang karena kinerja perusahaan yang cukup baik berdasarkan CR, ROA, ROE, PER, BVPS, PBV yang positif dan di dukung oleh DER yang rendah.

The state of a country's economy greatly affects stock prices. Entering the ASEAN Economic Community (MEA) in 2016, investors should choose shares in the economy with a low risk. Telecommunications is a sector of the economy that is not affected by external factors, so it can be said is safe to invest.This research aims to assess the shares of telecommunication service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 to 2017 using fundamental analysis methods. Fundamental analysis is used to assess companies stock based on financial indicators sucs as Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio PER), Assets turnover, Sales, Profit, Price to Book Value Ratio (PBV) and Book Value per Share (BVPS). The result of fundamental analysis shows that telecommunication company which has positive and recommended stock to invest is PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (TLKM). TLKM stock is also profitable for investors who want to invest long-term because the company's performance is good enough based on CR, ROA, ROE, PER, BVPS, PBV positive and supported by low DER.
