PERANCANGAN SISTEM PERENCANAAN DAN PENGENDALIAN PRODUKSI UNTUK INDUSTRI KECIL DAN MENENGAH BERBASIS GOOGLE SUITE (STUDI KASUS PADA CENTRALAB YOGYAKARTA)

Proses bisnis pada Industri Kecil dan Menengah (IKM) pada umumnya terbagi menjadi tiga, yaitu penerimaan dan pengelolaan pesanan konsumen, proses produksi produk, dan pembelian komponen produk pada output. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, terdapat permasalahan dalam proses bisnis IKM terutama pada pendataan produk atau manajemen inventory yang tidak sesuai dengan kondisi aktual. Selain itu IKM masih terkendala penerbitan dokumen resmi pemesanan untuk konsumen.Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah tools yang mampu memfasilitasi IKM dalam menjalankan proses bisnis dan meminimalisir adanya kesalahan dalam proses bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem perencanaan dan pengendalian produksi berbasis Google Suite untuk IKM Observasi langsung dilakukan untuk mengetahui proses bisnis IKM serta data yang diperlukan untuk membangun database sistem. Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) dan Data Flow Diagram (DFD) dibangun untuk mengetahui entitas, hubungan antar entitas, dan aliran data entitas sesuai dengan proses bisnis perusahaan. Produk Google Suite digunakan sebagai tool perancangan sistem. Verifikasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan output sistem berupa Invoice dan packaging delivery slip dengan input data pesanan, serta dengan membandingkan hasil relationship antar entitas. Validasi dilakukan melalui implementasi sistem untuk memastikan sistem sesuai dengan kondisi nyata dan proses bisnis, kemudian dilakukan penilaian dan evaluasi sistem yang telah diimplementasikan. Output yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini adalah sistem yang terdiri dari lima bagian Google Spreadsheets yang berfungsi sebagai database bagi IKM dalam menjalankan proses bisnis. Bagian pertama adalah database produk. Bagian kedua Customer Service yang berfungsi untuk melakukan pendataan pesanan dan menerbitkan dokukmen secara otomatis. Bagian ketiga PPIC yang berfungsi untuk melakukan pendataan pembelian produk dari output, pendataan proses produksi, dan manajemen inventory. Bagian keempat database dokumen yang berfungsi untuk melakukan pendataan dan pelacakan dokumen yang telah diterbitkan sistem secara otomatis. Bagian kelima Logbook produk yang berfungsi sebagai pencatatat aliran produk dan manajemen inventory yang diisi dengan menggunakan QR Code. Google Data Studio digunakan untuk menampilkan laporan performansi bisnis perusahaan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa produk Google Suite dapat digunakan sebagai.sistem perencanaan dan pengendalian produksi pada IKM. Selain itu, ada potensi pengembangan dengan kolaborasi dan integrasi dengan website IKM bersama dengan-produk Google yang lain seperti Google Form

Business processes in Small and Medium Industries (SMEs) are generally divided into three, the acceptance and management of consumer orders, the process of product production, and purchase of product components at the output. Based on the observation, there are problems in SMEs business process, especially on product data collection or inventory management that is not in accordance with actual condition. In addition, IKM is still constrained the issuance of official documents ordering for consumers. Therefore it takes a tool that is able to facilitate IKM in running business processes and minimize any mistakes in business processes. This research aims to design framework planning and controlling production based on Google Suite for SMEs Direct observation is conducted to find out the SME business process and the data needed to build the system database. Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) are built to identify entities, relationships between entities, and entity data flows in accordance with business process observations. Google Suite products are used as framework design tools. Verification is done by comparing the output of the system in the form of invoice and packaging delivery slip with input data order, and by comparing the results of relationship between entities. Validation is done through the implementation of the system to ensure the system in accordance with the real conditions and business processes, then conducted assessment and evaluation of systems that have been implemented. The output resulting from this research is a system consisting of five parts of Google Spreadsheets that serve as a database for SMEs in running business processes. The first part is the product database. The second part of Customer Service that serves to perform order data collection and publish the document automatically. The third part of PPIC that serves to collect product purchases from output, production process data collection, and inventory management. The fourth part of the document database that serves to perform data collection and tracking of documents that have been published system automatically. The fifth part of the product Logbook that functions as a product flow recorder and inventory management filled with QR Code. Google Data Studio is used to display company business performance reports. This study shows that Google Suite products can be used as a production planning and control planning for SMEs. In addition, there is potential for development with collaboration and integration with SMEs websites along with other Google products such as Google Form.
