HUBUNGAN ANTARA PERSEPSI SISWA TERHADAP IKLIM SEKOLAH DENGAN PENYESUAIAN DIRI SISWA SMA YOGYAKARTA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi siswa terhadap iklim sekolah dengan penyesuaian diri siswa SMA Yogyakarta. Variabel tergantung dalam penelitian ini adalah penyesuaian diri, sedangkan variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah persepsi siswa terhadap iklim sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan purposive sampling. Dalam proses pengumpulan data, penelitian ini menggunakan dua alat ukur yaitu skala penyesuaian diri dan skala persepsi siswa terhadap iklim sekolah. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara penyesuaian diri dengan persepsi siswa terhadap iklim sekolah. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 52 siswa. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Korelasi Pearson Product Moment, diperoleh hasil adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara penyesuaian diri dengan persepsi siswa terhadap iklim sekolah (r = 0,723, p < 0,05).

The aim of this study is to determine the relation between self adjustment and student's perception of school climate of high school student. The dependent variable in this study is self adjustment while the independent variable is student's perception of school climate. This research used quantitative method with purposive sampling. Data collected with two instrument which are self adjustment scale and student's perception of school climate scale. The hypothesis in this study is there is a positive relation between self adjustment and student's perception of school climate. Total participant of this study is 52 high school students across Yogyakarta. Though the use of Pearson Product Moment Correlation test, the result of this study is that there is a significant relation between self adjustment and students's perception of school climate (r = 0,723, p < 0,05).
