IDENTIFIKASI MORFOLOGIS DAN STATUS PERLINDUNGAN HEWAN YANG DILALULINTASKAN DI BALAI KARANTINA PERTANIAN KELAS II YOGYAKARTA WILAYAH KERJA ADISUCIPTO PERIODE 19 FEBRUARI - 02 MARET 2018

Komoditas hewan yang akan dilalulintaskan baik yang masuk, keluar, dan/atau dikirim dari area ke area lain di wilayah Republik Indonesia harus melalui karantina untuk pencegahan masuk, tersebar dan keluarnya Hama Penyakit Hewan Karantina (HPHK) dan Organisme Pengganggu Tumbuhan Karantina (OPTK). Identifikasi hewan secara morfologis dilakukan untuk mengetahui spesies hewan secara spesifik dan memahami status perlindungannya menurut peraturan perundangan di Indonesia maupun internasional. Hewan yang dilalulintaskan di Balai Karantina Pertanian Kelas II Yogyakarta Wilayah Kerja Adi Sucipto pada tanggal 19 Februari sampai dengan 2 Maret 2018 diantaranya burung Lovebird, Kenari, Murai, Pleci, dan Kacer. Burung Lovebird yang dilalulintaskan berjumlah 3 ekor, burung Kenari 2 ekor, burung Murai 3 ekor, burung Pleci 1 ekor, dan burung Kacer 1 ekor Kelima jenis burung tersebut tidak terdaftar dalam CITES. Sedangkan dalam IUCN, status Agapornis fischeri termasuk kedalam Near Threatened (hampir terancam), status Agapornis nigrigenis adalah Vulnerable (rentan), status kenari lokal hijau, murai batu nias dan balak, Zosterops palpebrosus (pleci kacamata biasa), dan kacer poci adalah Least Concern. . Secara umum burung yang dilalulintaskan di Balai Karantina Pertanian Kelas II Yogyakarta Wilayah Kerja Adi Sucipto telah memenuhi persyaratan dokumen dan sehat.

In the IUCN, Agapornis fischeri's status includes Near Threatened, Agapornis nigrigenis status is Vulnerable, local green walnut status, naive stone and logging gypsum, oriental white eye, and potters are Least Concern.
