Informasi penyebaran suatu wabah penyakit merupakan informasi yang sangat penting dan sangat dibutuhkan oleh mereka yang bekerja dalam bidang kesehatan. Informasi tersebut akan menentukan arah tindakan yang harus dilakukan untuk mencegah penyebaran suatu wabah penyakit agar tidak meluas dampaknya. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pengumpulan informasi mengenai penyebaran wabah penyakit adalah pertukaran informasi yang tidak real time dan dokumentasi secara manual antara investigator dengan pihak pembuat keputusan. Sehingga memerlukan waktu untuk mengolah data yang didapat agar menghasilkan sebuah informasi utuh yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar tindakan penanganan wabah penyakit. Pembuatan sistem informasi investigasi penyebaran wabah penyakit bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan pertukaran data yang tidak real time dan dokumentasi manual antara investigator dan pihak pembuat keputusan. Sehingga dalam pengambilan tindakan terkait suatu kasus penyebaran penyakit tertentu dapat dilakukan secara cepat dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berbasis pada agile development. Sistem informasi yang dikembangkan secara keseluruhan menghasilkan platform berupa aplikasi dan basis data. Platform aplikasi sendiri dibagi menjadi beberapa bagian lagi, yaitu back-end, front-end, database, dan mobile apps. Peneliti sendiri dalam hal ini mengembangkan front-end yang berbasis pada website. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini peneliti akan lebih banyak membahas terkait pengembangan sistem informasi investigasi penyebaran wabah penyakit yang mampu memvisualisasikan serta mengolah setiap data dari hasil pelaporan investigasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah website sistem informasi investigasi penyebaran wabah penyakit yang dapat digunakan untuk visualisasi data hasil investigasi serta manajemen pengolahan data tersebut. Sistem informasi itu sendiri memiliki beberapa layanan seperti pengelolaan daftar project, daftar user, serta visualisasi data project. Tujuan utama dari website tersebut adalah untuk mempercepat pengambilan keputusan terkait penyebaran wabah penyakit yang sedang berlangsung, sehingga tindakan penanggulangan dapat segera diambil. Hasil pengujian yang dilakukan akan menentukan fungsionalitas dari kinerja website sistem informasi apakah sudah berjalan secara tepat atau belum dengan menggunakan metode uji black box yang telah ditentukan.

Information on the spread of an epidemic is very important and it’s needed for those working in the medical field. The information will determine for action to be taken to prevent the spread of an outbreak so as not to expand its impact. Obstacles encountered in gathering information about the spread of disease outbreaks are the exchange of information that is not real time and manual documentation between investigators with the decision maker. So it takes time to process the data obtained in order to produce a complete information that can be used as the basis of action to handle disease outbreaks. Development of information systems investigation of disease outbreaks aims to overcome the problem of data exchange that is not real time and manual documentation between investigators and decision makers. So in taking action related to a particular disease spread case can be done quickly and efficiently. The method used in this research is based on agile development. The development of information system produces a platform that consist of application and database. The application platform itself is divided into several parts that is back-end, front-end, database, and mobile apps. The researcher itself in this case developed a front-end based on the website. Therefore, in this study researcher will discuss more about the development of information systems investigation of the spread of disease outbreaks that capable of visualizing and processing any data from the results of investigation report. This research produces an information system website investigation of disease outbreak dissemination that can be used for data visualization from investigation report and data management. The information system itself has several services such as project list management, user list, and project data visualization. The main purpose of the website is to speed up decision-making regarding the ongoing spread of disease outbreaks, so that an action can be taken immediately. The test results will determine the functionality of the website performance information system whether it is running correctly or not by using the black box test method that has been determined.
