Laporan Tugas Akhir yang berjudul Pengolahan Arsip Dinamis Inaktif di Unit Kearsipan Pusat Pengendalian Pembangunan Ekoregion Jawa Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan merupakan hasil dari pengumpulan data melalui Praktik Kerja Lapangan yang telah dilaksanakan. Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi arsip dinamis inaktif, sarana prasarana yang digunakan untuk mengolah arsip dinamis inaktif, proses pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif, serta kendala dalam proses pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan tiga metode, yaitu observasi partisipasi, studi pustaka, wawancara. Metode observasi partisipasi dengan melakukan pengamatan secara langsung, baik sebagai pengamat maupun partisipan melalui Praktik Kerja Lapangan. Wawancara dilakukan dengan proses tanya jawab kepada arsiparis di Unit Kearsipan Pusat Pengendalian Pembangunan Ekoregion Jawa untuk mendapatkan informasi lebih mengenai pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif. Studi pustaka dengan mengumpulkan data dari referensi yang relavan dengan topik yang dibahas pada Tugas Akhir. Kesimpulan dari Laporan Tugas Akhir ini adalah pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif sudah mulai berjalan dengan baik. Meskipun masih terkendala terkait kebijakan serta dukungan sarana prasarana, namun sudah memiliki sistem penyimpanan berdasarakan subjeknya dan sistem penataan secara kronologis. Inovasi sistem penataan dan penyimpanan yang membuat temu kembali lebih efisien dan efektif dapat dicoba untuk diterapkan dalam pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif.

The Final Report entitled Processing of Inactive Dynamic Archives in Archives Unit of Java Ecoregion Development Control Center Ministry of Environment and Forestry is the result of data collection through Field Work Practice which has been implemented. This Final Project aims to determine the condition of inactive dynamic archives, infrastructure facilities used to process inactive dynamic archives, inactive dynamic records processing, and constraints in the process of inactive dynamic records processing. Methods of data collection conducted using three methods, namely participatory observation, literature study, interview. Method of participant observation by direct observation, either as observer or participant through Field Work Practice. Interviews were conducted with a question and answer process to archivists at the Archives Unit of the Java Ecoregion Development Control Center to obtain more information on the inactive dynamic archives processing. Library study by collecting data from references that are relevant to the topic discussed in the Final Project. The conclusion of this Final Report is the processing of inactive dynamic archives has started to run well. Although still constrained related to policy and infrastructure support, but already has a storage system based on the subject and the arrangement system in chronological order. The innovation of structuring and storage systems that make retrieval more efficient and effective can be attempted to be applied in the inactive dynamic records processing.
