APLIKASI MAINTENANCE INVENTORY MANAGEMENT DALAM IMPLEMENTASI REVOLUSI INDUSTRI 4.0 BERBASIS ANDROID DAN QR-CODE UNTUK MENUNJANG KEGIATAN MAINTENANCE DI PT. DJARUM

Revolusi Industri saat ini memasuki fase keempat atau biasa disebut Revolusi Industri 4.0. Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang sangat pesat memberikan dampak yang besar terhadap kehidupan manusia. Banyak kemudahan dan inovasi yang diperoleh dengan adanya dukungan teknologi digital. Hal terserbut yang saat ini sedang dikembangkan di PT. Djarum. Beberapa proses maintenance di PT. Djarum Oasis saat ini masih menggunakan kertas/ log book untuk melakukan proses pencacatan data penting contohnya seperti data kalibrasi dan maintenance order. Mengingat hal itu dilakukanlah proses modernisasi supaya lebih efektif dan efisien. Guna mengatasi masalah tersebut, dibuat sebuah aplikasi android yang berfungsi untuk menunjang pekerjaan maintenance serta mengembangkan Industri 4.0 di PT. Djarum serta mendukung diimplentasikannya paperless office. Aplikasi ini menggunakan QR-code Scanner yang berfungsi untuk mendeteksi mesin produksi, maka dari itu setiap mesin produksi akan ditempelkan QR-code. Pembuatan aplikasi ini menggukan MIT App Inventor. Penggunaan QR-code sebagai penanda untuk setiap mesin produksi. QR-code nomor mesin yang terbaca oleh QR-code Scanner dikirimkan ke server. Hasil data ditampilkan menggunakan webviewer oleh aplikasi. Hasil dari pengujian yang telah dilakukan adalah teknisi dan engineer dapat melakukan pengecekan sparepart mesin, stock part di gudang, maintenance order, dan tasklist perawatan mesin dengan menggunakan aplikasi android. Presentase tingkat kepuasan pengguna adalah 86.22 %, dapat disimpulkan cara kerja aplikasi ini mudah dipahami dan mudah dioperasikan. Data yang terdapat dalam aplikasi cukup dapat memenuhi kebutuhan teknisi.

The Industrial Revolution is currently entering the fourth phase or so-called Industrial Revolution 4.0. The rapid development of science and technology has a great impact on human life. Many conveniences and innovations are obtained with the support of digital technology. It is now being developed at PT. Djarum. Some maintenance process at PT. Djarum Oasis currently uses paper / log book to perform important data handling process such as calibration and maintenance order data. Considering that, the modernization process is done to be more effective and efficient. To overcome these problems, the application that works for maintenance and development of Industry 4.0 in PT. Djarum also supports the implementation of paperless office.. This application uses QR-code Scanner that serves to detect the production machine, therefore every production machine will be affixed QR-code. Making this application menggukan MIT App Inventor. The use of QR-code as a marker for each production machine. QR-code machine number read by QR-code Scanner sent to the server. The results of the data are displayed using the webviewer by the application. The results of the tests that have been done are technicians and engineers can check the machine spare parts, stock part in the warehouse, maintenance order, and tasklist maintenance machine using android applications. Percentage of user satisfaction level is 86.22%, it can be concluded how the application work is easy to understand and easy to operate. The data contained in the application can adequately meet the technician's needs.
