PENILAIAN DIRI TERHADAP KESIAPAN PENGHILIRAN HASIL INOVASI BERBASIS RISET UNGGULAN KLASTER AGRO DI UNIVERSITAS GADJAH MADA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengklasifikasi tingkat kesiapan dosen peneliti klaster agro UGM dalam proses penghiliran hasil riset inovasi unggulan melalui penilaian TRL dan MRL pada hasil riset inovasi yang dihasilkan, serta menguji perbedaan setiap tingkatan TRL pada proses penghiliran hasil riset inovasi unggulan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksploratif dengan jumlah narasumber sebanyak 35 dosen klaster agro. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang mengadopsi dari perhitungan Tingkat Kesiapan Teknologi (TKT) klaster agro milik Kemenristekdikti. Hasil dari penelitian ini melalui uji one way anova menjelaskan terdapat perbedaan rata-rata kerjasama/berpartner dengan industri dan tidak bekerjasama dengan industri, serta tidak terdapat perbedaan rata-rata pada bidang penelitian pangan, non pangan, ternak, dan kesehatan. Dengan kata lain, hasil riset inovasi unggulan klaster agro UGM dinyatakan belum siap tetapi pasar untuk hasil riset inovasi dosen klaster agro UGM sudah ada, sehingga dapat dikatakan dosen klaster agro UGM belum siap dalam proses kesiapan penghiliran hasil riset inovasi karena hasil riset inovasi yang dihasilkan masih berorientasi pada keinginan individu peneliti belum berdasarkan pada kebutuhan masyarakat dan industri. Oleh karena itu, dalam proses hilirisasi hasil riset inovasi sebaikanya dosen klaster agro UGM bekerjasama dengan industri dan bekerjasama dengan bidang atau klaster lain agar hasil riset inovasi dapat dengan mudah dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat dan industri.

This study aims to identify and classify the degree of readiness of UGM agro cluster lecturer in the process of downstreaming leading innovation research product through TRL and MRL assessment on the innovation research produced product, as well as testing the differences of each TRL level in the process downstreaming of innovation research product. This research is an exploratory research with the number of resource persons as much as 35 agro cluster lecturers. Instruments in this study using questionnaires that adopted from the calculation of the degree of Readiness Technology (TKT) agro cluster owned Kemenristekdikti. The results of this study through one way anova test explain that have differences mean of cooperation/partnership with industry and not cooperate with industry, and have not differences mean in field of research of food, non food, livestock, and health. In other words, the results of leading innovation research on agro cluster UGM are not ready yet but the market for innovation research product agro-cluster lecturer UGM are already exists, so it can be said UGM agro cluster lecturer is not ready in the process of downstream readiness of innovation research are still produced oriented by individual researchers have not yet devoted to the needs of society and industry. Therefore, in the process of downstreaming of innovation research UGM agro cluster lecturer should in cooperation with industry and in cooperation with other fields or clusters so that the innovation research product can be useful by society and industry.
