PENGUKURAN PRODUKTIVITAS DENGAN METODE AMERICAN PRODUCTIVITY CENTER (APC) DI CV YUASA FOOD BERKAH MAKMUR WONOSOBO

CV Yuasa Food Berkah Makmur merupakan industri yang mengolah pangan yang bahan bakunya hanya dapat tumbuh di pegunungan Dieng. Bahan baku yang digunakan dalam proses produksi yaitu buah carica. Jenis produk yang dihasilkan dari olahan buah carica berupa carica buavica yang disebut sebagai minuman kesehatan khas Indonesia. Peningkatan maupun penurunan produktivitas suatu industri dapat diketahui dengan melakukan pengukuran produktivitas secara parsial dan total pada tahun 2015 dan 2016 berdasarkan output-input yang digunakan. Metode yang digunakan adalah perhitungan produktivitas parsial dan total dengan menggunakan metode APC (American Productiity Center). Metode APC (American Productiity Center) adalah suatu metode yang digunakan dalam pengukuran tingkat produktivitas dimana adanya hubungan antara produktivitas, profitabilitas dan faktor perbaikan harga. Dari hasil pengolahan data menggunakan metode APC bahwa CVYuasa Food Berkah Makmur selama dua periode tahun 2015 dan tahun 2016 dimana produktivitas input tenaga kerja tahun 2016 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 9,0947% dibanding tahun 2015. Produktivitas input bahan baku tahun 2016 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,8539% dibanding tahun 2015, produktivitas input energi tahun 2016 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 8,8191% dibanding tahun 2015. Produktivitas input modal tahun 2016 mengalami penurunan sebesar 1,9795% dibanding tahun 2015 dan produktivitas input total tahun 2016 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,2497% dibanding tahun 2015. Profitabilitas input tenaga kerja tahun 2016 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 11,9262% dibanding tahun 2015. Profitabilitas input bahan baku tahun 2016 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 9,4878% dibanding tahun 2015, profitabilitas input energi tahun 2016 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 39,9554% dibanding tahun 2015. Profitabilitas input modal tahun 2016 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 18,3019% dibanding tahun 2015 dan profitabilitas total tahun 2016 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 16,8323% dibanding tahun 2015. Dari analisis data yang telah dilakukan, profitabilitas input tenaga kerja, input bahan baku, input energi dan input modal berbanding lurus terhadap prduktivitas input tenaga kerja, input bahan baku, input energi dan input modal. Oleh karena itu, besarnya profitabilitas yng didapat perusahaan sebanding dengan tingkat produktivitas yang telah dicapai oleh perusahaan.

Type of product produced from carica fruit preparation form of carica buavica which is called as health drink typical of Indonesia. Increasing or decreasing productivity of an industry can be known by measuring partial and total productivity in 2015 and 2016 based on the inputs used. The method used is the calculation of partial and total productivity by using the method of APC (American Productiity Center). The APC (American Productiity Center) method is a method used in measuring productivity levels where there is a relationship between productivity, profitability and price improvement factors. From the results of data processing using APC method that CV Yuasa Food Berkah Makmur for two periods in 2015 and 2016 where labor input productivity in 2016 increased by 9,0947% compared to 2015. Productivity of raw material input in 2016 increased by 0,8539% compared to 2015, energy input productivity in 2016 increased by 8.8191% compared to 2015. Productivity input capital 2016 decreased by 1,9795% compared to 2015 and total input productivity in 2016 increased by 0,2497%. Profitability of labor input in 2016 increased by 11,9262% compared to 2015. Profitability of raw material input in 2016 increased by 9,4878% compared to 2015, energy input productivity in 2016 increased by 39,9554% compared to 2015. Profitability of capital input in 2016 increased by 18,3019% compared to 2015 and total year profitability 2016 has increased by 16,8323% compared to 2015. From the data analysis that has been done, the profitability of labor input, raw material input, energy input and capital input is directly proportional to labor input input, raw material input, energy input and capital input. Therefore, the amount of profitability obtained by the company is proportional to the level of productivity that has been achieved by the company.
