PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI RUMAH SAKIT PADA KLINIK PRATAMA ISTIAZAH BANTUL (STUDI KASUS: SUBSISTEM PENGELOLAAN DATA PASIEN)

Latar Belakang: Rata-rata rekam medik elektronik 40% lebih lengkap dan 20% lebih cepat dalam hal pengaksesan data. Pengelolaan data secara manual mempunyai kelemahan, selain membutuhkan waktu yang lama, keakuratannya juga kurang dapat diterima. Klinik Pratama Istiazah Bantul sudah menerapkan sistem informasi berbasis komputer. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, masih terdapat kekurangan terhadap sistem informasi tersebut, yaitu belum terdapat modul untuk menyimpan data klinis pasien, sehingga hanya menyimpan data sosial pasien. Dengan itu, pelayanan & pencatatan rekam medis dilakukan dengan manual. Sehingga petugas kesulitan di dalam pembuatan laporan. Tujuan: Mengetahui Kebutuhan sistem informasi pengelolaan data pasien di Klinik Pratama Istiazah. Membuat desain model yaitu desain proses, desain basis data, dan desain antarmuka sistem informasi pencatatan data pasien di Klinik Pratama Istiazah. Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Siklus Hidup Pengembangan Sistem dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Perancangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan Microsoft Visio 2007 untuk desain proses dan desain basis data serta Pencil Evolus untuk desain user interface. Hasil: Sudah dilaksanakan identifikasi kebutuhan sistem, membuat desain proses, membuat desain basis data, membuat desain user interface, dan membuat desain tampilan laporan. Kesimpulan: Hasil analisis kebutuhan bahwa Klinik Istiazah membutuhkan sistem informasi dalam melakukan pengelolaan data pasien yang mampu menyimpan dan menampilkan data identitas pasien, riwayat kunjungan, riwayat penyakit, riwayat penyakit keluarga, catatan alergi, riwayat imunisasi, dan dapat menghasikan laporan yang dibutuhakan. Telah dibuat desain proses, desain basis data, desain user interface yang sesuai dengan hasil analisis kebutuhan.

Background: The average of electronic medical record is 40% more complete and 20% faster in accesing of data. The processing of patient data manually has the weakness, beside that it needs a long time and the accuracy of data is not fully acceptable. Pratama Istiazah Clinic Bantul has applicated the information system based the computer. Based on the result of interview, there are still the weakness in this information system, it dose not include the module to save the data of patient, so that this system only save the social data of patient. Moreover that service and recording of medical record is done manually. So that the officer feel difficult in making report. Objective: To know the needs of information system of the patient data processing at Pratama Istiazah Clinic. To make the models design, such as process design, database design, and user inerface design of information system of patient data processing at Istiazah Clinic. Methods: The methode that is used is the system of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the collecting data technique through the interview and study documentation .The system design uses Microsoft Visio 2007 for processing design dan database design and Pencil Evolus for user interface design. Result: Identified user needs, designing the process, designing the database, and designing the user interface has been done, and make the design of report display. Conclusion: Based on the analysis of needs, it can be concluded that Istiazah Clinic needs the information system in processing of patient data that has to be able to save and show patient identity, visiting history, disease hystory, family disease history, allergy recording, immunization history, and make the report format that is needed. In this research, it has been made the process design, database design, user interface design that is suitable with the result of needs analysis.
