Hubungan Antara Length of Stay Dan Usia Dengan Biaya Pasien JKN Demam Tifoid Anak Di Rumah Sakit Tugu Ibu Depok 2017

Latar belakang : Demam tifoid adalah penyakit infeksi yang seringkali menyerang kelompok usia anak. Biaya pengobatan yang dibutuhkan cukup tinggi sebab dipengaruhi oleh lama dirawat yang tidak sebentar dan biaya obat serta biaya habis pakai yang meningkat sebanding dengan bertambahnya usia. Adanya tuntutan dalam penyelenggaraan JKN untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu dan efisien, maka rumah sakit menyelenggarakan sistem kendali mutu dan kendali biaya. Kasus demam tifoid masuk dalam 10 besar penyakit anak rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Tugu Ibu Depok. Tujuan : Mengetahui hubungan antara length of stay dan usia dengan biaya pasien JKN demam tifoid anak di Rumah Sakit Tugu Ibu Depok 2017. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah survei analitik dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Populasi berjumlah 147 pasien JKN anak rawat inap yang terdiagnosis pertama kali demam tifoid tahun 2017. Sampel sejumlah 58 berkas dipilih secara random sampling. Hasil : Mayoritas pasien memiliki length of stay kurang dari sama dengan 4 hari (59%) dengan usia pasien 5-14 tahun (53%). Antara length of stay dengan biaya terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan positif (p value=3,142 x 10-9, r=0,684). Length of stay memberikan pengaruh kontribusi sebesar 46,8% terhadap biaya pasien JKN demam tifoid anak di Rumah Sakit Tugu Ibu. Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan antara length of stay dengan biaya pasien JKN demam tifoid anak di Rumah Sakit Tugu Ibu Depok 2017 dengan tingkat korelasi yang kuat. Background: Typhoid fever is an infectious diseases that mostly affects pediatric’s age group. The treatment cost is quietly high because it was influenced by long duration of stay and the cost of drugs either the cost of consumables which increases with age. The existence of demands in the implementation of JKN to provide quality health services and efficient, the hospital held a system of quality control and cost control. Typhoid fever belonged to the top 10 diseases in hospitalized pediatric patients in Rumah Sakit Tugu Ibu Depok. Objective: To know about the correlation between length of stay and age to the cost of JKN pediatric patients with typhoid fever in Rumah Sakit Tugu Ibu Depok 2017. Methods: Type of this research is analytical survey with cross sectional method as a research design. The population is 147 JKN pediatric inpatients who was first diagnosed with typhoid fever in 2017. 58 medical records was chosen with random sampling. Results: The majority of patients had length of stay less than equal to 4 days (59%) with 5-14 years of age (53%). Between the length of stay and the cost, there are a strong and positive correlation (p value = 3.142 x 10-9, r = 0.684). Length of stay contributes 46,8% to the cost of jkn pediatric patients with typhoid fever in Rumah Sakit Tugu Ibu. Conclusion: There is a strong correlation between length of stay with the cost of JKN pediatric patients with typhoid fever in Rumah Sakit Tugu Ibu Depok 2017.
