Tugas Akhir yang ditulis oleh penulis be1judul Digitalisasi Arsip SP J di Direktorat Keuangan Universitas Gadjah Mada memiliki tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang digitalisasi arsip SPJ di Direktorat Keuangan Universitas Gadjah Mada, terutama terkait dengan sarana prasarana, prosedur teknis, penyimpanan setelah digitalisasi, tahapan temu kembali, dan kendala dalam proses digitalisasi arsip SP J. Dalam penulisan Tugas Akhir, penulis menggunakan tiga metode dalam mengkaji permasalahan diatas yaitu studi pustaka, observasi partisipatif, dan wawancara. Pertama, studi pustaka dengan cara membandingkan antara teori dengan kenyataan yang ada di lapangan dari buku ataupun artikel dan jumal. Kedua, observasi partisipatif, dengan cara berpartisipasi langsung di lapangan dalam proses digitaiisasi, dan ketiga, wawancara dengan narasumber yang terkait dengan cara tanya jawab kepada narasumber secara Iisan. Hasil dari kegiatan digitalisasi arsip di Direktorat Keuangan Universitas Gadjah Mada yakni berupa peralatan hardware dan software, prosedur yang dimulai dari persiapan, scanning, dan saving. Penyimpanan setelah digitalisasi yaitu menyimpan arsip secara fisik maupun elektronik atau softfile. Tahap temu kembali yang dilakukan baik secara manual maupun dengan komputer. Kendala dalam proses digitalisasi arsip yaitu sarana dan prasarana yang belum maksimal, belum tersedianya standart operating prosedure (SOP), aplikasi yang terkadang error.

The final project entitled Digitalization Letter of Liability Record (SPJ) in Direktorat Keuangan Universitas Gadjah Mada is purposed to describe the digitalization process of SP J in the Direktorat Keuangan Universitas Gadjah Mada. It relates, especially, on infrastructure, technical procedure, saving after digitalization process, the retrieval stage, and obstacles in digitalization process of SPJ. In composing the final project, the author applies three methods in reviewing the problem related, namely: library research, participatory observation, and interview. First, the author conducts library research by comparing theories with the real condition from books, articles, or journals. The second is the participatory observation that is held by participating in digitalization process directly, and the third is conducting an interview with the related interviewee directly. The results of digitalization process of record in the Direktorat Keuangan Universitas Gadjah Mada are hardware and software, and the procedures including preparation, scanning, and saving. The saving process after digitalization process is to save the archives physically or electronically or soft file. The retrieval stage is performed manually or bY. computer. The obstacle of digitalization process is the uncompleted infrastructure. The standard operating procedure (SOP) is not available. The error application also becomes another obstacle.
