the aim of this study is to analyze at small business organization (RumahBersalinTriputra) located at jalan Aria Putra no 705 ciputatkota Tangerang Selatan. How to get survive and to get improvement to decreasing business through the years after reached the golden moment. After analyzing all of the business process, revenue, and conducted research to the organization, I have detected some problems in this organization. Based on those findings, I suggest some small improvement to the organization using low end Information System and low end Information Technology. Hopefully, it will help to improving , increasing, and achieving customer satisfaction.
