MODEL PENGELOLAAN KEBUN RAYA BATURRADEN DI JAWA TENGAH

Penelitian Kebun Raya Baturraden bertujuan untuk membuat Model Pengelolaan di Kebun Raya Baturraden berdasarkan Peraturan Presiden no 93 tahun 2011 yang disesuaikan dengan potensi biofisik dan sosial, pengelolaan dengan melihat potensi tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui program yang disesuaikan dengan tujuan Kebun Raya. Untuk mengetahui program preoritas yang diminati masyarakat menggunakan analisa AHP, hasil analisa sebagai berikut tujuan Kebun Raya yang diketahui masyarakat sebagai tempat wisata dengan angka 26,94 dan alternatife kegiatan wisata alam 25,38 wisata tersebut bertujuan untuk menikmati keindahan alam dengan angka 56,8 kegiatan program tersebut untuk menghantar persepsi masyatakat ke tujuan utama yaitu Kebun Raya sebagai tempat Konservasi Tumbuhan. Untuk membuat Model Pengelolaan Kebun Raya Baturraden menggukan analisa SEM yaitu prinsip pengelolaan dengan mempertimbangkan aspek biotik, abiotik dan sosial hasil analisa hubungan aspek biotik keabiotik (- 0,616) perlu dilakukan pengolahan aspek abiotik agar dapat meningkatkan potensi biotic, hubungan aspek biotik dengan aspek sosial dengan angka (0,541) menunjukan bahwa masyarakat mempunyai harapan dan keinginan terhadap aspek biotik, sedangkan hubungan aspek sosial terhadap keberadaan Kebun Raya dengan angka (0,640) menunjukan masyarakat disekitar Kebun Raya menaruh harapan besar terhadap keberadaan Kebun Raya Baturraden. Kesimpulan dengan adanya Model Penglolaan Kebun Raya dengan pertimbangan komponen biofisik dan sosial, model pengelolaan yang paling sesuai untuk mendukung pengembangan Kebun Raya Baturraden sebagai kawasan pelestarian alam adalah pengelolaan kolaboratif yang melibatkan masyarakat sebagai komponen pendukung.

Research on the Botanical Garden Baturraden was aimed to create a Management Model in Baturraden Botanical Garden. The design created based on the presidential Regulation No. 93 year 2011 adapting the potential of biophysical and social. The management which considering that potential requires in increasing the communitys welfare and supported by some programs which modified to the aims of Botanical Garden. AHP Analyze was applied to know the priority programs interested by the community. The results explained that (1) The botanical gardens aim that is known by to the public as tourist attractions with 26.94 (2) nature tourism activities alternative, 25.38 (3) the nature sightseeing tour with numbers 56.8. Throughout the program, the community's understanding of the botanical gardens objective as a place of recreation then is directed to its main purpose as a place of plants conservation. Sequentially to design the Botanical Garden Management Model of Baturraden, SEM analysis, the principle of the management with regard to aspects of biotic, abiotic component and social was applied. The result of relationship analysis between biotic to abiotic is revealed (0.616) with the figures demonstrating that the process needs to be done against the aspect of main abiotic component to support the aspects of the biotic. This can increase the potential for biotic development in Baturraden Botanical Garden as a place of plant biotic conservation. The relationship with the social aspect showed a result (0.541) means the community has expectations and desires against biotic aspects. The social aspect relation of the botanical Gardens existence is revealed with figures (0.640). It has in mind that the community around the botanical garden puts great hope from the existence of the Botanical Garden of Baturraden especially the prosperity improvement of the community. In conclusion, the proper Botanical Garden Management Model which considering the biophysical component, social function, and which supports the Baturraden Botanical Gardens enhancement as an area of plant conservation is a collaborative management that involved the community as the supporting constituent.
