Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi relevasi, evisiensi dan efektifvitas strategi Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL) terhadap perbedaan luas area terdampak di kelima desa (Palihan, Glagah, Kebonrejo, Sindutan dan Jangkaran), merumuskan strategi CSR yang tepat untuk percepatan pembangunan New Yogyakarta International Airport (NYIA). Objek dari penelitian ini adalah provisi dan utilisasi CSR Program kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif kualitatif menggunakan data primer questioner, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, sementara data sekunder studi literatur yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) merupakan salah satu bank BUMN yang memiliki program khusus untuk aktivitas CSR yang diatur oleh pemerintah, yaitu Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL). Analisis respon dan adaptasi masyarakat terhadap provisi dan utilisasi Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan, menganalisis tantangan dan peluang menggunakan perspektif sosial kapital (network, trust, reciprocity, participation, sense of belonging, diversity, value, citizen power). Hasil yang didapat, program Bina Lingkungan lebih unggul di kelima desa dengan nilai diatas program kemitraan, PKBL relevan, evisien dan efektif jika diterapkan pada wilayah yg memiliki skala dampak besar.

This study aims to identify the relevance, evolution and effectiveness of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy of Partnership and Community Development Program (PKBL) to the different areas affected by the five villages (Palihan, Glagah, Kebonrejo, Sindutan and Jangkaran), formulating the appropriate CSR strategy to accelerate the development of New Yogyakarta International Airport (NYIA). The object of this research is the provision and utilization of CSR Partnership and Community Development Program. The research method used in this research is qualitative qualitative using primary data questioner, interview, observation and documentation, while secondary data of literature study related to research. PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) is one of the state-owned banks that have special programs for CSR activities regulated by the government, the Partnership and Community Development Program (PKBL). Analysis of community responses and adaptation to provision and utilization of Partnership and Community Development Programs, analyzing challenges and opportunities using social capital perspective (network, trust, reciprocity, participation, sense of belonging, diversity, value, citizen power). The results obtained, the Community Development program is superior in the five villages with values above the partnership program, PKBL relevant, evisien and effective if applied to areas that have large impact scale.
