ANALISIS TEKNIKAL SAHAM BUMN SEKTOR PERBANKAN PERIODE 2016 HINGGA 2017

Penelitian ini dilakukan oleh penulis untuk mengetahui cara melakukan analisis teknikal pada saham perusahaan sektor BUMN yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia, sehingga dapat menghasilkan keputusan investasi yang tepat. Hal ini juga didorong oleh perkembangan pasar saham Indonesia yang cukup pesat dan pertumbuhan investor yang tinggi. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan suatu alat untuk melakukan analisis saham suatu perusahaan sebelum mengambil keputusan investasi dan salah satunya adalah analisis teknikal. Hasil analisis menyatakan bahwa penggunaan analisis teknikal klasik berupa chart pattern dan teknikal modern berupa indikator lagging dan indikator leading pada beberapa saham perusahaan BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 27 Desember 2016 hingga 27 Desember 2017 cukup tepat. Ketepatan tersebut dapat terlihat dari perbandingan antara hasil analisis teknikal berupa prediksi harga saham di masa yang akan datang dengan harga saham di masa yang akan datang (23 Januari 2018). Hasil analisis tersebut adalah prediksi harga saham PT Mandiri, PT BRI, dan BTN akan meningkat, sedangkan pada PT BNI akan menurun. Selanjutnya, pada tanggal 23 Januari 2017 harga saham PT Mandiri meningkat 2,19%; PT BRI meningkat 10,42%; PT BTN meningkat 5,73%; dan PT BNI menurun 2,53%.

This research implemented to know how to perform technical analysis on several state-owned company shares that listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia, so it could produce accurate investment decision. Besides, the writter conduct this research because the Indonesia capital market development and the number of Indonesia investor right now are increase. Therefore, a tool to analyze a company share is needed and the example is technical analysis. The result of the technical analysis shows that the use of classic technical analysis in the form of chart pattern and modern technical analysis in the form of lagging and leading indicator on some shares of state-owned companies that listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia during 27 December 2016 until 27 December 2017 is accurate. The accuracy can be seen from the comparison between the results of technical analysis in the form of predicted share price in the future with the share price in the future (23 January 2018). The result the analysis is the stock price of PT Mandiri, PT BRI, and PT BTN predicted will increase, while for PT BNI will decrease. Then, on 23 January 2017 PT Mandiri share price increase by 2,19%; PT BRI share price increase by 10,42%; PT BTN share price increase by 5,73%; and PT BNI share price decrease by 2,53%.
