ANALISIS PENGARUH INFRASTRUKTUR TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DI INDONESIA

Infrastruktur merupakan salah satu hal yang fundamental dalam memperlancar aktivitas ekonomi. Infrastruktur yang layak diharapkan menjadi pemicu yang positif dalam arus lalu lintas faktor-faktor produksi. Infrastruktur yang memadai diharapkan juga akan memberi dampak yang positif bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh infrastruktur terhadap pertumbuhan perekonomian di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi data panel, dengan data terdiri atas 33 provinsi di Indonesia dan periode penelitian 2008-2015. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah PDRB sedangkan variabel bebas terdiri atas infrastruktur jalan, infrastruktur pelabuhan, infrastruktur listrik, infrastruktur telekomunikasi, jumlah tenaga kerja dan investasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas berupa infrastruktur jalan, infrastruktur listrik, tenaga kerja dan investasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia.

Infrastructure is one of the fundamental things in facilitating economic activity. Feasible infrastructure is expected to be a positive trigger in the traffic flow of factors of production. Adequate infrastructure is also expected to have a positive impact on economic growth. This study aims to analyze the influence of infrastructure on economic growth in Indonesia. This research uses panel data regression method, with data consist of 33 provinces in Indonesia and research period 2008-2015. The dependent variable in this study is PDRB while the independent variable consists of road infrastructure, port infrastructure, electricity infrastructure, telecommunication infrastructure, employment and investment. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables such as road infrastructure, electricity infrastructure, labor and investment have a positive and significant impact on economic growth in Indonesia.
