Analisis Produksi dan Pendapatan Petani Teh Plasma PT. Pagilaran Kecamatan Reban, Kabupaten Batang

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor - faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi dan pendapatan serta tingkat efisiensi teknis yang dicapai petani Teh plasma PT. Pagilaran. Petani Metode dasar yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara sengaja atau purposive sampling. Pemilihan sampel untuk responden petani Teh plasma dilakukan dengan metode simple random sampling sebanyak 70 petani Teh plasma PT. Pagilaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor-faktor produksi yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi Teh petani plasma adalah luas lahan, pupuk urea, pupuk organik dan tenaga kerja. Faktor-faktor pendapatan yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani Teh plasma adalah luas lahan dan upah tenaga kerja. Nilai rata-rata efisiensi teknis petani responden adalah sebesar 0,963. Angka ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata petani responden sudah mencapai efisiensi teknis dalam produksi Teh petani plasma di daerah penelitian.

This research is aimed to discover the factors that influence the production and income as well as the level of technical efficiency achieved by the farmers of Plasma Tea of PT. Pagilaran. The basic theory used in this research was a descriptive method and the research location was determined with purposive sampling. The sample determination of Plasma Tea farmers as the respondent was conducted by simple random sampling method resulted in 70 Plasma Tea farmers of PT. Pagilaran as the samples. The research results show that the production factors that have significant influences towards the farmers production of Plasma Tea are the land area, urea fertilizer, organic fertilizer, and labour. The income factors that have a significant influence towards the income of Plasma Tea farmers are the land area and labours salary/allowance/wage. The average value of the technical efficiency of farmers as the respondent is 0.963. This value shows that the average farmers as the respondent have achieved technical efficiency in producing farmers Plasma Tea in the research location.
