Manajemen proyek merupakan usaha pengelolaan dan pengorganisasian untuk mencapai tujuan sebuah proyek dengan seoptimal mungkin. Manajemen proyek di Departemen Corporate Social Responsibility PT. Donggi-Senoro LNG memegang peranan penting dalam setiap implementasi program untuk memastikan tercapainya tujuan yang diharapkan dari pelaksanaan program dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya dan kerangka kerja yang telah ditetapkan secara optimal.

Project management is a systematical organizing and managing efforts to achieve the goals of a project. Project management is crucial in the Department of Corporate Social Responsibility PT. Donggi-Senoro LNG to ensure the implementation of the program meets the standard to utilize the available resource and based on the set framework to achieve the goal of the project.
