MODEL BERBASIS PROFILE MATCHING INTERPOLASI UNTUK PENENTUAN KESESUAIAN OBAT DENGAN KONDISI PASIEN

Ketepatan pemberian jenis maupun dosis obat oleh dokter atau tenaga medis merupakan hal yang penting. Jenis dan dosis obat yang diberikan oleh dokter harus sesuai dengan penyakit yang diderita oleh pasien serta mempertimbangkan kondisi kesehatan pasien. Pada penyakit hipertensi, tingkat kesalahan pemberian dosis obat oleh tenaga medis cukup tinggi, yaitu mencapai 34%. Sementara itu, pemberian jenis dan dosis obat yang sesuai dengan kondisi kesehatan pasien memerlukan pengetahuan tenaga medis yang tinggi serta tenaga medis yang berpengalaman. Tingkat pengetahuan dan pengalaman dari tenaga medis yang dimiliki oleh rumah sakit juga menjadi penyebab tingginya ketidak-tepatan pemberian jenis obat bagi penderita hipertensi. Pada penelitian ini, dikembangkan model evaluasi kesesuaian obat dengan kondisi kesehatan pasien hipertensi menggunakan metode Profile Matching. Model yang diusulkan mengevaluasi kondisi kesehatan pasien berdasarkan parameter yang diberikan oleh dokter spesialis, dan menghasilkan rekomendasi pemberian jenis obat. Untuk mengoptimasi hasil rekomendasi metode Profile Matching, pada penelitian ini diterapkan metode pembobotan interpolasi yang menghitung tingkat kedekatan profil pasien dengan profil obat secara lebih akurat. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dan validasi yang telah dilakukan oleh dokter spesialis, model yang diusulkan memiliki nilai akurasi sebesar 87%, presisi 87,11% dan recall sebesar 85,44%. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa metode yang diusulkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi pemberian jenis obat antihipertensi secara tepat. Selain itu, metode pembobotan interpolasi terbukti dapat meningkatkan nilai akurasi dibanding metode pembobotan ordinal pada Profile Matching. Hasil penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat untuk membantu tenaga medis dalam memberikan rekomendasi pemberian obat antihipertensi, sehingga tingkat kesalahan pemberian obat dapat berkurang.

The accuracy of the type or dosage of drugs by doctors or medical personnel is important. The types and doses of medicines given by the physician should match the illness suffered by the patient as well as consider the patient's health condition. In hypertension disease, the error rate of drug dosage by medical personnel is quite high, reaching 34%. Meanwhile, the administration of the type and dosage of drugs appropriate to the patient's health condition required the knowledge of high medical personnel and experienced medical personnel. The level of knowledge and experience of medical personnel owned by hospitals is also the cause of the high inaccuracy of giving the type of drug for people with hypertension. In this research, we developed the model of drug suitability evaluation with hypertension patient's health condition using Profile Matching method. The proposed model evaluates the patient's health condition based on the parameters provided by the expert and produces recommendations on the type of drug. To optimize the Profile Matching method, in this research we applied interpolation weighting method which calculates the proximity level of the patient profile with drug profile more accurately. Based on test results and validation did by the expert, the proposed model has an accuracy value of 87%, precision 87.11% and recall of 85.44%. It proves that the proposed method can provide recommendations on the right type of hypertension medication. Also, the interpolation weighting method is proven to increase the accuracy compared to ordinal weighting method in Profile Matching. The results of this study can be useful to assist medical personnel in providing recommendations for administration of hypertension drugs so that the level of drug administration error can be reduced.
