PENILAIAN KINERJA KEUANGAN BUMN BERDASARKAN PERHITUNGAN RASIO KEUANGAN PADA PT TELKOM INDONESIA (PERSERO) TBK TAHUN 2014-2016

Perkembangan dunia usaha dalam situasi perekonomian yang semakin terbuka perlu dilandasi dengan sarana dan sistem penilaian kerja yang dapat mendorong perusahaan ke arah peningkatan efisiensi dan daya saing. Selain mengejar keuntungan, BUMN sebagai pelaku ekonomi terbesar di Indonesia diharapkan mampu memberikan sumbangan bagi perkembangan perekonomian nasional, serta dapat menyediakan barang dan/atau jasa yang bermutu tinggi dan memadai bagi pemenuhan hajat hidup orang banyak. Untuk dapat mengetahui perkembangan perusahaan maka perlu dilakukan penilaian kinerja perusahaan dengan menganalisis laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja BUMN PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk tahun 2014-2016 ditinjau dari hasil perhitungan rasio keuangan menggunakan 8 (delapan) indikator menurut KEPMEN BUMN Nomor: KEP-100/MBU/2002, yaitu : Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Investment (ROI), Cash Ratio, Current Ratio, Collection Periods, Perputaran Persediaan, Perputaran Total Asset Turn Over (TATO), Rasio Total Modal Sendiri Terhadap Total Aktiva. Hasil penilaian tingkat kesehatan keuangan PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk memperoleh predikat sehat dengan kategori AA dari tahun 2014 sampai dengan 2016. Hal ini dapat diimplementasikan dengan tingkat sehat perhitungan rasio keuangan tahun 2014-2016 yang tercantum dalam Keputusan Menteri BUMN Nomor: KEP-100/MBU/2002 yaitu berada dalam kelompok 80 <TS< =95. PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk diharapkan mampu meningkatkan tingkat kesehatan keuangannya agar dapat memperoleh predikat sehat dengan kategori AAA. The development of the business world in an increasingly open economic situation needs to be based on the means and system of work assessment that can push the company towards the improvement of efficiency and competitiveness. In addition to the pursuit of profit, BUMN as the largest economic actors in Indonesia are expected to contribute to the development of the national economy, and can provide goods and services of high quality and adequate for the fulfillment of the livelihood of many people. To be able to know the development of the company it is necessary to assess the company's performance by analyzing the financial statements. This study aims to determine the performance of state-owned PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk year 2014-2016 reviewed from the calculation of financial ratios using 8 (eight) indicators according to KEPMEN BUMN Number: KEP-100/MBU/2000, that is: Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Investment (ROI), Cash Ratio, Current Ratio, Collection Periods, Invoicing Turnover, Turn Asset Turn Over Turnover (TATO), Total Capital Ratio Against Total Assets. The results of the financial health rating of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk get a healthy predicate with AA category from 2014 until 2016. This can be implemented with a healthy level of calculation of financial ratios of 2014-2016 as stated in the Decree of the KEPMEN Number: KEP-100/MBU/2002, that is in the group of 80 <TS <= 95. PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is expected to improve the level of financial health in order to obtain a healthy predicate with AAA category.
