ANALISIS KOLABORASI DOKTER DAN PERAWAT DITINJAU DARI SUDUT PANDANG UMUR, JENIS KELAMIN, DAN LAMA BEKERJA DI BAGIAN RAWAT JALAN PADA PUSKESMAS

Latar Belakang: Kolaborasi sangat diperlukan dilakukan dari seluruh disiplin didalam sistem pelayanan kesehatan. Dengan adanya kolaborasi yang baik diharapkan adanya peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu dapat tercapai di Puskesmas. Umur, jenis kelamin dan lama bekerja merupakan salah satu hal yang ada dalam kolaborasi. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan kolaborasi dokter-perawat ditinjau dari umur, jenis kelamin dan lama bekerja. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan survei. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2017 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Depok I, II dan III, Ngaglik I, Mlati II dan Turi. Sampel yang diambil dari penelitian ini adalah dokter sebanyak 33 orang dan perawat sebanyak 36 orang. Hasil: Dengan uji chi-square. Hasil uji statistik korelasi antara variabel usia dengan kolaborasi menunjukkan koefisien korelasi (r) = 0,200 dengan tingkat signifikansi (p) = 0,180. Hasil uji statistik korelasi antara variabel jenis kelamin dengan kolaborasi menunjukkan koefisien korelasi (r) = -0,190 dengan tingkat signifikansi (p) = 0,277. Hasil uji statistik korelasi antara variabel lama bekerja dengan kolaborasi menunjukkan koefisien korelasi (r) = 0,090 dengan tingkat signifikansi (p) = 0,811. Kesimpulan: Tidak ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kolaborasi ditinjau dari usia, jenis kelamin dan lama bekerja.

Background: The Collaboration is needed by all disciplines in health care service system. With a good collaboration is expected to increase their quality health services can be achieved at Community Health Clinic. Age, sex and many years working is one of the things in collaboration. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship of doctor-nurse collaboration in terms of age, sex and length of work. Method: This research is a descriptive research type of analysis by using survey approach. The research was conducted in December 2017 in the Working Area of Puskesmas, they are Puskesmas Depok I, II dan III, Ngaglik I, Mlati II and Puskesmas Turi. Samples taken from this research were 33 doctors and 36 nurses. Result: By chi-square test. The result of statistical correlation test between age variable and collaboration shows correlation coefficient (r) = 0,200 with significance level (p) = 0,180. The result of statistical correlation test between the sex variables and the collaboration shows the correlation coefficient (r) = -0.190 with significance level (p) = 0,277. The result of correlation statistic test between the many years working variables with the collaboration shows the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.090 with the significance level (p) = 0.811. Conclusion: There is no positive and significant relationship between collaborations in terms of age, sex and many years working.
