ANALISIS PENERAPAN DAN DAMPAK HIGIENE KARYAWAN TERHADAP KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) DI PG. DJOMBANG BARU, JAWA TIMUR

Penelitian ini difokuskan pada analisis penerapan hygiene karyawan dan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) di PG. Djombang Baru. Higiene karyawan dilakukan selama proses produksi, tetapi penerapan dalam industry masih kurang dan belum sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Perindustrian No. 75/M-IND/PER/7/2010 tentang Pedoman Cara Produksi Pangan Olahan yang Baik (CPPOB). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis penerapan dan dampak hygiene karyawan terhadap kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja berdasarkan CPPOB yang berlaku. Pengumpulan data dilakukan di semua stasiun kerja dan dilakukan pengamatan terhadap APD yang digunakan, kebersihan, kesehatan dan keselamatan ketika bekerja, sejumlah 170 pekerja. Dilakukan identifikasi kesesuaian menggunakan borang CPPOB, dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan diagram pareto untuk mengetahui besarnya presentase ketidaksesuaian dan aspek penyimpangan yang tertinggi, metode 5 Whys untuk menentukan akar masalah, dan diagram ishikawa untuk mengetahui sebab akibat dari masalah yang terjadi berdasarkan hasil analisis 5 Whys. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi kesesuaian borang CPPOB, dari 8 poin diperoleh data sesuai 3 poin dan yang tidak sesuai 5 poin. Dari hasil analisis diagram pareto presentase ketidaksesuaian yang tertinggi terletak pada aspek kesehatan dan keselamatan karyawan. Hasil analisis dari metode 5 Whys dan Diagram Ishikawa menunjukkan bahwa factor dominan yang berdampak pada hygiene karyawan adalah factor manusia dan factor material. Sebaiknya dibuat aturan mengenai pentingnya penggunaan APD di wilayah tertib K3 dari pihak manajemen, dan dilakukan penambahan jumlah material untuk APD.

This research is focused on the analysis of employee hygiene and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in PG.Jombang Baru. Employee hygiene performed during the production process, but the application in the industry is still lacking and not in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Industry number 75/M-IND/PER/7/2010 on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). The purpose of this study to analyze the applicability and impact of employee hygiene on occupational safety and health based on applicable CPPOB. Data collection was conducted at all work stations and observation of PPE used, hygiene, health and safety at work, a total of 170 workers. The identification of the suitability using the CPPOB form, followed by the making of pareto diagram to find out the highest percentage of nonconformity and the highest deviation aspects, method 5 Whys to determine the root of the problems, and ishikawa diagram to find out the cause of the problems that occurs based on the analysis result 5 Whys. Based on the result of identification of the suitability of CPPOB, from 8 points obtained data according to 3 points and that does not match 5 points. From the analysis results pareto diagram aspects of health and safety of employees. The results of the analysis of the 5 Whys and ishikawa diagram indicate that the dominant factors affecting employee hygiene are human and material factors. A rule should be made regarding the importance of the use of PPE in the orderly K3 area of the management, and the addition of the amount of material for PPE.
