Korelasi Antara Penggunaan Aplikasi Berbasis Android Kalender Masa Subur dengan Metode Lendir Serviks untuk Menentukan Masa Subur pada Remaja Putri Akhir

Aplikasi berbasis Android kalender masa subur telah banyak digunakan oleh wanita sebagai alat bantu alternatif untuk menentukan masa subur. Namun, sebagian wanita masih ragu-ragu dengan hasil perhitungan aplikasi berbasis Android apakah menunjukkan hasil perhitungan yang sama dengan metode yang sudah menjadi gold standar untuk menentukan masa subur, yaitu metode lendir serviks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan waktu masa subur serta besarnya derajat korelasi waktu masa subur antara perhitungan aplikasi berbasis Android dengan metode lendir serviks. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi terjangkau adalah remaja putri usia 18-21 tahun di Dusun Sonosewu, Kelurahan Ngestiharjo, Kecamatan Kasihan, Kabupaten Bantul. Perhitungan besar sampel menggunakan rumus besar sampel korelasi dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling yaitu sebanyak 45 responden. Jenis data adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari lembar pengamatan dan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji paired sample t test (α=0,05) dan uji Pearson correlation (r). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang bermakna pada waktu masa subur yang berupa hari awal, hari puncak dan hari akhir masa subur antara perhitungan aplikasi berbasis Android dengan metode lendir serviks dengan nilai p value >0,05. Waktu masa subur yang meliputi hari awal, hari puncak dan hari akhir masa subur mempunyai nilai p value <0,01 dengan nilai r = 0,6 sehingga ada korelasi yang bermakna pada waktu masa subur antara perhitungan aplikasi berbasis Android dengan metode lendir serviks dengan derajat hubungan kuat. Perhitungan melalui aplikasi berbasis Android maupun metode lendir serviks dapat digunakan untuk menentukan masa subur disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan kenyamanan pengguna. The fertile calendar period Android based application has been widely used by women as an alternative tool to determine the fertile period. However, some women still hesitate with the results of calculation based on Android applications show the results of the same calculation with the method that has become the gold standard to determine the fertile period, the cervical mucus method. The purpose of this research is to determine the difference of the fertile period and the degree of fertile period correlation between the calculation of Android based application with the cervical mucus method. The research method used cross sectional design. Affordable populations were women adolescent aged 18-21 years old in Sonosewu Hamlet, Ngestiharjo Sub-district, Kasihan District, Bantul District. The calculation of the sample used the formula of correlation samples and the technique of sampling used total sampling that is as many as 45 respondents. The type of data used the primary data that were obtained from the observation form and the questionnaire. Data analysis used paired sample t test (α = 0,05) and Pearson correlation (r) test. The results showed that there was no significant difference of the fertile period in the form of early days, peak days and the end of the fertile period between the calculation of Android based applications with the cervical mucus method with p value> 0.05. The fertile period that includes the early days, peak days and the end of fertile period has p value <0.01 with a value of r = 0.6 so there was a significant correlation at the fertile period between the calculation of Android based applications and the cervical mucus method with high relation. Calculations through the Android based applications and the cervical mucus method can be used to determine the fertile period tailored to the needs and comfort of the user.
