EVALUASI SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN RUMAH SAKIT DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE HOT-FIT DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH (RSUD) TORA BELO KABUPATEN SIGI

2018 | Tesis | S2 Ilmu Kesehatan MasyarakatINTISARI Latar Belakang : Sesuai dengan peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 82 Tahun 2013 bahwa semua rumah sakit wajib menyelenggarakan SIMRS. RSUD Tora Belo merupakan rumah sakit tipe D yang baru berdiri tahun 2015 dan langsung mengimplementasikan SIMRS namun sering menemukan berbagai kendala. Sejak SIMRS diimplementasikan, belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi SIMRS. Oleh karena itu peneliti akan melakukan penelitian dengan mengevaluasi SIMRS di RSUD Tora Belo Sigi menggunakan metode HOT-FIT, kepemimpinan dan regulasi. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Net benefit terhadap implementasi SIMRS di RSUD Tora Belo Kabupaten Sigi Metode Penelitian : Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional untuk mengukur variabel human, organization, technology, leadership dan regulation terhadap net benefit SIMRS di RSUD Tora Belo Sigi. Karena jumlah populasi kurang dari 100 maka sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SEM PLS dan nama aplikasi yang dipakai adalah SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil: Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa ada tiga faktor yang mempengaruhi net benefit yaitu: user satisfaction, organization structure dan regulation. Sedangkan faktor yang tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap net benefit SIMRS di RSUD Tora Belo adalah: system use, environment organization, system quality, information quality, service quality dan leadeship. Hasil penghitungan R-Square sebesar 0,880 menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independen dapat menjelaskan variabel dependen sebesar 88%. Kesimpulan : Faktor yang paling berpengaruh dalam keberhasilan net benefit Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit di RSUD Tora Belo Sigi adalah user satisfaction, organization structure dan regulation. ABSTRACT Background: Accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 82 of 2013 all hospitals shall be held SIMRS. RSUD Tora Belo is a new hospital and has non class type established in 2015 and directly implement SIMRS but often find various obstacles. Since SIMRS has been implemented, there has never been a SIMRS evaluation. Therefore, the researcher will conduct research by introducing SIMRS in RSUD Tora Belo Sigi using HOT-FIT method, leadership and regulation. Objective: This study aims to see the Net benefit of SIMRS implementation in RSUD Tora Belo Sigi District. Methods: This study is Quantitative research with cross sectional design to measure the variable of human, organization, technology, leadership and regulation toward SIMRS net benefit in RSUD Tora Belo Sigi. Since the population is less than 100 then the sample is taken using total sampling technique. Data analysis is done by using SEM PLS and the application name used is SmartPLS version 3.0. Results: The results of this study explain that there are three factors that affect net benefits are: user satisfaction, organization structure and regulation. While the factors that do not have influence on the net benefit SIMRS in Tora Belo Hospital are: system use, environment organization, system quality, information quality, service quality and leadership. R-Square calculation result of 0.880 shows all independent variables can explain dependent variable equal to 88%.
