PERANCANGAN MULTIMEDIA INTERAKTIF BERBASIS JAVA DESKTOP DIIMPLEMENTASIKAN DENGAN NETBEANS SEBAGAI PEMBELAJARAN AWAL PENGODEAN PENYAKIT BERDASARKAN ICD 10

Latar Belakang : Teknologi telah berkembang pesat. Seorang perekam medis harus memiliki kompetensi terkait kemampuan menetapkan kode penyakit dan tindakan dengan tepat sesuai ICD-10. Disisi lain masih sering ditemukan mahasiswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam mempelajari pengodean penyakit khususnya mahasiswa semester I. Ditinjau dari segi teknologi yang berkembang pesat dan sering ditemukan kesulitan dalam mempelajari pengodean penyakit maka mendorong untuk membuat suatu perancangan multimedia interaktif terkait pembelajaran pengodean penyakit berdasarkan ICD-10. Tujuan : Menghasilkan multimedia interaktif sebagai pembelajaran awal pengodean penyakit berdasarkan ICD-10 untuk mahasiwa rekam medis semester I. Metode : Perancangan ini menggunakan metode pengembangan multimedia menurut Waterfall dengan ICD-10, modul Praktik Klasifikasi dan Kodefikasi Penyakit dan Masalah Terkait (PKKPMT) I, dan buku terminologi medis sebagai objek. Perancangan multimedia interaktif ini didasari oleh hasil survey terhadap mahasiwa rekam medis UGM semester I dan wawancara dengan dosen PKKPMT I. Perancangan menggunakan Java desktop yang diimplementasikan dengan NetBeans. Hasil : Hasil dari perancangan berupa multimedia interaktif pengodean penyakit berisi anatomi, struktur ICD-10, proses, contoh soal, dan latihan soal. Perancangan menggunakan lima tahap yaitu perencanaan proyek, analisis, desain, implementasi, dukungan. Kesimpulan : Perancangan dibuat berdasarkan bab yang paling sulit bagi pemula mahasiswa D3 Rekam Medis SV UGM adalah Bab XIII tentang muskuloskeletal dan jaringan penghubung. Perancangan multimedia interaktif pengodean penyakit membutuhkan isi berupa anatomi bab XIII, struktur ICD-10 bab XIII, proses pencarian kode dan terminologi medis, contoh soal, dan latihan soal yang dirancang dengan Java desktop yang diimplementasikan oleh NetBeans dengan konsep pengembangan multimedia menurut Waterfall. Perancangan multimedia interaktif telah diimplementasikan kepada mahasiswa semester I D3 Rekam Medis SV UGM dengan respon multimedia pengodean penyakit dapat mempermudah dalam pengodean penyakit.

Background : Technology have evolved very rapidly at the moment. A medical record student should have competence in determining the ability of code related diseases and proper action ICD-10. On the other hand, it is still often found the students who have difficulties in learning coding diseases especially in the first semester. In terms of the technology that has been growing rapidly and it is often found difficulty in learning the coding diseases then push to make a design of interactive multimedia learning coding related diseases based on ICD-10. Objective : Producing the interactive multimedia as the initial coding diseases learning based on ICD-10 for medical record students in the first semster. Methods : This method uses Design multimedia development according to the Waterfall with the ICD 10 Classification Practices, modules and diseases codes and related problems (PKKPMT) I. and medical terminology books as objects. This interactive multimedia design based on the survey results against students of Universitas Gadjah Mada such as in medical record and an interview with Professor PKKPMT I. Design using Java desktop implemented with NetBeans. Result : The results of the design in the form of interactive multimedia coding diseases contain Anatomy, structure of the ICD-10, processes, examples, exercises and reserved. Interactive multimedia design using five stages namely needs project planning, analysis, design, implementation, and support. Conclusion : the design is based on the most difficult chapters for beginner students of D3 SV UGM in medical record is Chapter XIII about Musculoskeletal and connective issues. Design of interactive multimedia coding disease needs the content in the form of chapter XIII, the anatomical structure of the ICD-10 chapter XIII, the search process the right disease and medical terminology, code Navigator, and practice questions are designed with a desktop Java implemented NetBeans with multimedia development in the concept of Waterfall. Interactive multimedia design has been implemented to students of the the first semester D3 SV UGM in medical record with a multimedia response encoding of the disease can make practice courses and helpful coding disease.
