Studi ini meneliti Pengaruh Return On Equity (ROE) dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang Terdaftar Pada Indeks Saham LQ 45 Tahun 2014-2016. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (a) pengaruh ROE terhadap nilai perusahaan yang terdaftar pada indeks saham LQ 45 tahun 2014-2016, (b) pengaruh NPM terhadap nilai perusahaan yang terdaftar pada indeks saham LQ 45Tahun 2014-2016. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaanyang terdaftar indeks sahamLQ 45. Sampel penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan perusahaan yang terdaftar pada index saham LQ 45 yang terdaftar di BEI untuk tahun 2014-2016. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu dengan menggunakan rasio keuangan dan metode regresi linear berganda.Hasil pengujian mengenai pengaruh ROE dan NPM terhadap nilai perusahaan menunjukkan tingkat signifikansi 0,000; 0,394. Signifikansi ROE dan > 0,05 maka H1diterima, sedangkan H2 ditolak sehingga terdapat pengaruh yang antara ROE terhadap nilai perusahaan atau PBV pada nilai perusahaan yang terdaftar pada indeks saham LQ 45 tahun 2014-2016 dan tidak terdapat pengaruh yang antara NPM terhadap nilai perusahaan atau PBV pada nilai perusahaan yang terdaftar pada indeks saham LQ 45 tahun 2014-2016

This study is investigate the impact of Return On Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) toward companies value that registered in LQ 45 stock index2014-2016. The aims of research is to know (a) the impact of Return On Equity (ROE) towards company value that registered in LQ 45 stock index year 2014-2016, (b) the impact of Net Profit Margin (NPM) towards company value that registered in LQ 45 stock index year 2014-2016. Population in this research is company that registered inLQ 45 stock index. Sample of this research is financial statement company that registered in LQ 45 stock index publicated for 2014-2016 year. Data analysis use Quantitative Descriptives that use financial ratio and multiple regression methods.The result of testing on the impact of Return On Equity (ROE) dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) toward company value showed level significance 0.000;0.000. The significance ROE and NPM > 0.05 so H1accepted and and H2 rejected, so there are impact between ROE towards company value that registered in LQ 45 stock index year 2014-2016 and there are not impact between NPM towards company value that registered in LQ 45 stock index year 2014-2016
